SUCH a great company and place. I came in looking for some customer service/clerical work and Trent looked through what he had and knew he could find me something better. We set up an appointment for later that week and found something completely perfect for me. It was all so personal and just really well set up. I was pretty shocked actually, but am completely happy. Such a great company-I would totally recommend them to anyone.

We are a growing small business and reached out to BBSI for assistance with HR and payroll services. From the moment we met with Bryan we knew they were going to be a great fit for us. All of the staff we have met have been very professional and knowledgeable, yet personable. They came to our place of business to meet us and discuss our needs. We also asked for an accounting referral. Bryan personally set up the meeting with his referral and came with him to introduce us. Every encounter with this group of people has been very positive. The staff were awesome, as soon as I walked in I was greeted and told to sign in. All I had to do was update my profile, it was quick and easy, maybe 20 minutes at most. After I was done, I had a quick little meeting with Trent, very friendly and amicable guy. Straight to the point and very informative, all of my questions were answered without a single hesitation. They take care of you here (free drinks and gift bags) but had a horrible experience at the place I was sent to work. BBSI didnt really provide many options for other opportunities either, they just tried to convince me to go back to the original assignment. Advice: pay attention to an individuals skills and/or experience and match those to current job openings rather than pushing someone into a job you know they wont enjoy.

My recruiter was Trent which made me feel more like a friend instead of the customer. My timing was at the worst part of the year too, around the Christmas holidays but Trent still kept in touch. BBSI is one of the best temp agencies Ive been to, they find what works for you as far as a work schedule, they get back to you super fast on jobs.

Victoria said I was going to be suspended 90 days for no call no show ...I showed and told them I didnt wanna work there .... I tried to call them and let them know @ 7 that I wanted something different even though they werent open till 9 .... Victoria lied and terminated me for a year and said I should have left a voice mail ....but she never went over everything completely and clearly with me .... I felt bad and she got nasty with me over the phone ..... She might be smooth and sexy ....but she isnt very nice if you mess up or dont understand something ... She treats you like dirt, but acts nice at first ....maybe she gets commission, idk, but make one wrong move .... Boomboom shes a brat !
