Amazing staff, they are so sweet, understanding, and great people to work with. One of the staff named Jenn was SUPER GREAT! she took really good care of me while taking my braces off. Highly recommend

They have taken such good care of our family including our young daughter (11 years old). They never try to push you into procedures you dont need, but they make sure you are happy and healthy when they work with you. Theyve also fixed substandard work from my previous dentist and put safeguards to ensure I dont have the same issues again, provided I do my end of the work with brushing and flossing. Theyre fantastic!

Professional Dental in Ogden treated a tooth that needed a root canal during the corona iris isolation period for me. They were prompt, professional and pleasant. The Ogden office will become my regular office because of the great service.

I broke my tooth in half without a root Canal - They where so Awesome during this Covid 19 Era. They got me in within an hour. They are amazing and friendly. What I liked best is I knew how much my out of pocket expense was before Dr. Christensen even worked on my tooth - If there was a way to give 6 stars Im all for it!! or even 10 Stars even better!!

I called on Monday - Spoke to Morgan to find out how much my tooth extraction would be. She said she would call me back, she didnt.Called in Monday and again asked for a cost and was told Id receive a call back. Never did.Called yesterday to AGAIN see how much it would cost. Was told Id get a call and AGAIN I DIDNT.Called today and FINALLY was told how much it would be 2 hours before my appointment. It was too much so I asked to reschedule and now Im being told Ill have a same day cancellation even though I proactively reached out for 3 days before hand for this reason. Absolutely the worst dental office and Ill find somewhere thats actually professional

UPDATE/EDIT: Well, second visit was a complete 180. Hygienist was unnecessarily rough, young doctor barely glanced at my teeth and yanked on some older fillings extremely hard - I have had tooth pain since the appointment, which was not the case before I came in. I will have to go to another practice to have my fillings checked and possibly fixed/replaced. Never going back here!Old review: Everyone is super sweet and efficient! Neleen and Dr Christensen were both awesome and explained everything that was going on with my teeth and how we would fix them. They made me feel like I was part of the family. Love love love this team!

This place is really great!! Brought my son in for his appointment and was greeted at the front desk by a very friendly receptionist. The dental hygienist was very thorough in cleaning his teeth. She answered all my questions and explained everything to my son as she did it. She engaged in conversation with my daughter too and they both really enjoyed talking to her! These people love what they do and it shows in the way they treat their patients! He used to hate the dentist and for the first time he told me Wow the dentist isnt so bad, I actually like it now! As a mom that is excellent to hear! There is a screen above the chair that shows everything that is up on the dentists TV screen too, including the camera they use to take detailed pictures and xrays. The dentist was friendly and really great with my son!! I plan on getting my sons braces here this month. After my experience here I wouldnt go anywhere else! I highly recommend Professional dental!

I just wanted a cleaning, I do not have dental insurance right now. I called ahead and asked specifically for a cleaning. I understand that every office has to take x-rays and the Dr. has to do a check before you can get a cleaning - it is a liability factor.After getting the x-rays and exam, the dental hygienist told me I can not ethically clean your teeth. My money was refunded, but it wasted an hour of my time.I do not see how it would ever be unethical for a hygienist to clean my teeth.. in fact, how is it ethical for her to refuse to clean my teeth and send me away with plaque?If there was any possibility that I COULD NOT just come in and get a cleaning, why didnt the office, x-ray tech or Dr. just tell me that? I feel like this was far from professional.

I would NOT recommend anyone to go here. I had a horrible experience. I walked in and asked about getting my wisdom teeth taken out. The lady at the counter scheduled me an appointment. I thought that I would need at least two appointments for something like this. She told me that they would do an exam, and take the wisdom teeth out that same day. I took off a week of work for this, I had to find means of transportation. The whole time I thought everything was handled on there end. Well, on the day of my appointment the dentist then informed me that he did not have enough time in my appointment slot to take them out. And then he asked if Id eaten today.. Because I had he could not put me under either. Well, no one even told me that I cant eat within so many hours. I was very unhappy at all of the miscommunication and just the overall bad experience. I missed a weeks worth of pay, and still have my wisdom teeth. It is a very disfunctional workplace, and a poor doctors office. The employees have no idea what they are doing. I work at a doctors office myself, and I cannot believe how many things they do not go over with their patients. If I were you, Id spend my money at a place where at least you know what youre in for.Its just BAD BAD BAD!!

Dentist an hygienists get 5 stars but office 2 stars. Ive been going here for about a year or little more. While the dentist and hygienist was good. I find that the office is not very good. After paying in advance $329.00 for a root canal and crown i then am told i have to go somewhere else to get the root canal done and pay out more money approximately $200.00 more. I was then told by the office manager that it was company policy to refer out root canals to another dentist. I feel they should have told me in advance and not take $329.00 for something they cant do very unprofessional.
