This is one of my favorite places to pick up from. Slide your tandems at the gate. Make sure your trailer is full of fuel and clean. Drop and hook. In my experience, my trailers have always been ready early. Check out is quick and easy, plus they give you 2 candy bars. I have nothing bad to say about this place.

Good place ! We got so lucky and were unloaded within an hour. Was late for appointment but they were so nice to take us right away. However, staff said that was unusual for live unload.

Friendly people, but no way to check on your load...the automated system doesnt recognize its own promps.

It was fast, quiet, simple drop and hook, best thing was free candy you get when leaving shipper....my favorite is reeses

Great place. You need the right 0401 number to pick up or they can’t look you up. You can also pick up early. There is no onsite parking to wait before but great place overall.

I thought I was gonna get my chocolate on my way out and I didnt😡..as for the facility itself it isnt that bad I live loaded which is rare most of those whacky truck companies just drop and hook. But I didnt get a chocolate..

At arrival guard was very nice, It was in and out for me a drop n hook. When leaving the same guy in the guard shack swung my trailer door open, walked away from it and said you need to go and close your door. Honestly, if he was gonna be a rude jerk I could have opened and closed my doors without your assistance. Also, you get offered candy if you’re white...

The views are fantastic and Im always in and out quickly. Security has always been friendly, this is a big place with easy access to trailer drops. And you get 2 candy bars on your way out with a load. I enjoy picking up here and always have a quick in and out.

Very easy drop & hook, load was ready on time. Guard was friendly and explained the process in easy to understand terms without sounding condescending.

This place is a trailer hoarder. Delivered a drop load and even though I found several empty trailers on the lot they said that none were available and I had to drive 25 miles away to pick up a trailer from another location. Just be warned that drop and hooks could mean extra miles for no reason because theyre being greedy.

This place runs smoothly as long as no issues pop up. In and out. They wont rework your trailer if theres snow on it though? The trailer needs to scale out regardless, the dot doesnt give us an extra couple hundred lbs because its snowing. And where do they think were going to get snow removed from the top of the trailer before every weigh station? Most truck washes wont even do that. If its snowing, the trailer is heavier, end of story.

Ladies that check you in & out make you wait until they are done shopping on the internet, plus was after making me wait she offered me candy. Trailer was ready & tires were good. Easy drop & pick up theres overnight parking right outside to the left. Pilot is a few miles away but very small. Flying J a few more miles away but very busy.

One of the best shipper/receiver I have been to in a long while. Women checking in were very pleasant and respectful held conversation while working. I appreciated the treat at the end.

Need more than 5 star they fast track every loaded and empty trailer and for driver appreciation gave me some chocolates!

..Been here at least 15-20 times in the last 3 years.. have only had a problem twice.both times overweight..had to come back for a rework.. both times they were California loads(40 kingpin to center of rear trailer axle).. yeah, they give you 2 candy bars on the way out, but sometimes, when its busy, you have to remind/ask them..Also, you get what you give..if you come here with an attitude, your experience may not be peachy.. couple of comments I read, and will address..1) someone said: they haveunrealistic expectationsabout trailer condition..Answer: not any more than any other high-profile company..They want: trailer (inside) clean, the reefer unit must work, you MUST SLIDE TANDEMS BACK ON THE CONCRETE PAD NEXT TO GUARD SHACK ONLY, not on the black asphalt..OR, slide them while your out on the street somewhere..up to you..People (mainly O/Os from Cali, Oregon, Washington) bring in some junk-ass trailers, & expect there to be no problem..2) I lost 3 days work because they didnt have one of our empties here... Well GD, Uncle Fester..! THATS NOT HERSHEYS FAULT!

Staff is very nice and work in a orderly fashion.

Treats drivers terribly. Security doesnt care about drivers waiting at the window. Security ignores drivers and are very rude. Refuse to move their freight until management hires more professional and courteous security.

Took us in quickly, showed us where to drop our trailer and where to pick up our empty, and gave us free chocolate when we left. Very fast, very friendly.

Don’t come here to get loaded if you have an older trailer that won’t pass shippers inspection.Came here twice to check in at guard check just to get refused and lose the load

Loaded us heavy towards bulkhead, had to slide fifth wheel all the way back to take weight off of drive axle. Be nice to gate people of you gets no chocolate, mmmmmmmchocolate

They may give out candy and be good people, but this is the second time I deliver there and they have no empty trailers available. I lost over 3 days of work because of this receiver.

Its a quick drop and hook. Their system is efficient, the people know what they are doing and you get free candy bars upon departure.
