These guys are nice but don’t give a rip if you have to wait 30 minutes just to line up to ask them a question. Super slow. Super inefficient
We rented a jack hammer and it worked great!! The men knew exactly what would work best for our project!! They were very helpful!!
The attendant didnt understand the sander I was renting at all. I asked questions, and he just didnt know and wasnt willing to find out. At checkout, he took a phone call for 10 minutes rather than put the phone customer on hold and finish our transaction. The tool is in good working order and was reasonably priced. Another attendant helped me load it into the truck. So ultimately my issue is with the attendant. I was unimpressed. But the rest of the tool rental center was good.
Great selection of tools and the sod cutter I rented worked great.
They had what we needed but are just a big box store with typical less than helpful employees and all around uninviting customer service.
Last several rentals have been bad. Equipment seems to be in poor shape. Young guys running the shop who dont have a clue how anything works. Im going to try the Riverdale location to see if its any better. If you do decide to rent, make sure they show you how everything works before you leave.
When you want to work on the home, this is where to begin.
We used Home Depot for window installation... while the cheapest option, it was a nightmare. No communication between contractors, re measuring, wrong information given to us about window sizing/coding, took forever. It wasnt a positive experience at all. Decided to give them a second chance for installing carpets and tile in a rental home... same exact thing. Missed orders, no communication with contractors, installation wrong, delayed dates... it hasnt been a great experience for us. Go elsewhere.
Rented a floor sander to sand my wood deck. Little did I know that the two clerks I was talking to were new and had no idea what they were talking about. All it did was mangle the sandpaper. What they rented me was a floor polisher so after 2 hours i brought it back and I am out $50.00 and no they did not give me a refund. Here is some good advice if you want to rent tools go to a place where that is all they do. Horrible experience with Home Depot. A horrible experience.
80 dollars to clean a snow blower carburetor is outrageous. Had a funeral so to save time I had home depot do it.it its a 20 minute job
Chris is super helpful and extremely knowledgeable.
Great service and tool selection.
I really dont remember going there
