We needed a network tech and called after 3 weeks of struggling to get help from the modem manufacturer and the program support folks to communicate with gates at four storage facilities. Mel came through like a champ and put all the other support people to shame. HES THE MAN!! Hes professional yet so down to earth that I feel we not only have someone to help us with all our tech support needs but we gained a friend! THANK YOU MEL!!!

Highly recommend. Very professional. Brought my hard drive in because it stopped working. After a few weeks I took the replacement home to find out that nothing was transferred. Cant blame them because they did everything they could and warned me from the start that it wasnt 100% that my file transfer would be successful. I appreciate their efforts though.

They told me my data was recoverable. I waited 1 week to pick it up, brought my hard drive home and went to look at my files and they were all gone. I took the device back to Janadhi they looked at it and were unable to figure out what happened or why the images are no longer there. They sent it to another company in Wisconsin who has been kind and helpful but can’t do anything for me because Janadhi won’t get back to them to say if they still have the exterior case for my device. The men at Janadhi are kind but not helpful. They are just yes men and didn’t do what they said they would. I’m so disappointed and very frustrated!

My computer battery overheated and leaked. Mel was very responsive. He ordered a new battery, replaced it and had me up and running quickly. After replacing the battery, he took extra time to clean it up and make sure it was running smoothly without any additional charge...just to make sure I was satisfied. It wasnt very expensive to get more life out of my laptop thanks to Janahdi. He even communicated with me after business hours to get things done more quickly. Great work ethic. Communicated scope and cost well. Went above and beyond to help. The office staff was less helpful. They didnt return phone calls or get messages through. I have heard, since, there has been an employee change. I worked with Mel directly and it was a pleasure.

My computer had been hacked by someone pretending to be a Microsoft technician. While he was on my computer, he was remotely accessing files that he had no business in. I stopped the remote access as quickly as I could but the next time I turned it on, there was a strange login screen and behind the scenes I believed that all my data was being stolen or compromised. So I logged out as quickly as I could and called Mel who had excellent ratings on Google. He could see me that same day and confirmed that the computer had been compromised. Mel was able to safely find all my files and telephoned me to make sure what I wanted to save. As we talked he could remotely show me what could be saved and put back on my computer. After that he erased my hard drive and got rid of the hack. I had Windows 10 on that laptop but always wanted to replace it with Windows 7 so he did that at the same time. I was able to pick up my restored computer in less than a day and for a very reasonable cost, my computer is running better than ever!! Mel is very personable and easy to talk to and he is also very experienced with everything from a personal computer to a whole office or network of computers! If you go to his Ogden address, he is on the second floor in a lovely spacious office. He is now my go to computer guru and I highly recommend him if you have been hacked.

I had never needed data recovery, so my first thought when I accidentally dropped my hard drive (which had thousands of videos, pictures, and files on it) was to take it to Geek Squad at Best Buy. They were going to charge sooo much money and I was devastated. I did a little research and found Janadhi & Company. They were a very fair price, especially considering that they quoted me an amount for 2 days work and it ended up taking longer because my hard drive would over heat and theyd have to start over. They were able to recover everything and they didnt charge me any additional fees. Very friendly people as well! Thank you Janadhi & Company! Our company had a website recovery issue, something we were unable to solve with our in-house team, and our originally developers company we were not able to reach. Mel was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, very professional and proficient. He quoted us exactly the time frame of the job, requirements for the job, and his estimate was honest. He finished on time, and delivered as promised. He certainly understands computers and web site issues. I recommend him as a fine choice in web development design and any other computer technical support hes technologically well rounded an really knows what hes talking about!!!

Janadhi & Company lost my flash drive while sending it to a 3rd party and did not take responsibility for the careless manner they treated my property. I trusted them to send my flash drive to a 3rd party and they put it in a regular envelope. They did not follow the 3rd party instructions to ship with a tracking label or in protected packing, so when I called to follow up with the 3rd party they had no record of the package. I took it in on Jan 2 and called multiple times to see where the drive was and got conflicting messages about when it was shipped. When the envelope arrived at the 3rd party the envelope was ripped with no flash drive and post dated Jan 22. Now I have no way to recover the data on the flash drive because I do not have the flash drive. I am disgruntled about the cavalier manner in which I was treated (Mel was happy to wash his hands of this when he found out that the drive was not in the envelope) and the lack of responsibility that Mel took in this matter.

If there was a 0-star option, that is what I would give. This company is ridiculous. My husband and I have an HP touch screen laptop. At the end of December, it was stepped on and there was a single crack across the screen. We took it to these guys to fix at the beginning of January. In order to fix it, the whole screen component had to be replaced. They ordered the first screen, and it was not touch screen… but in their attempt to remove the screen, they cracked the screen even more and you can clearly see where they were prying it away from the back. It looked horrible. But we said it won’t be like that for long because they said they would order the correct touch screen this time and replace it. Fast forward 3 months later. The screen is still not fixed. They must have ordered 9 or 10 different screens and none of them were the correct one. In addition, the screen is even worse off than before, there are chunks of glass missing from the screen and additional pry marks, cracks and scraps. Not to mention any time we went in to drop off the computer they all seemed like they were stoned...We finally called it quits on them after they repeatedly screwed up, broke our laptop even more than it was when we took it in and were so incomprehensibly incompetent. Some of the other reviews say they were great for fixing a battery or other minor fixes, that any hobo with basic computer knowledge would be able to fix, but when it comes to an actual real repairs they are absolutely inept and unprofessional.*Edit in response to owner*Number one: you need to learn how to write more professionally. Your defensive tone, misspellings and improper grammar proves my point of just poor service quality all the way around.Number two: We were told multiple times that you would be ordering a genuine HP screen directly from HP. However, when the screen arrived it turned out to be just some screen ordered off eBay. We were happy to negotiate price for you guys to order a screen from HP but that never happened.Number 3: OF COURSE you didnt charge us for the screens ordered or labor! Every screen that was ordered didnt fit the laptop. It is YOUR job to order the correct screen. In response to labor, there was no labor done on the computer. Other than further breaking the screen and causing more damage than what we came in with. YOU DIDNT FIX THE SCREEN, so why on earth would charging us for labor even come into question.

Very quick service. Called me as soon as they identified the problem to discuss the options. The computer was ready the next morning. Cost was only time to do a completed check of all the other systems as the problem was corrected during the diagnosis which was free. I will recommend them. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Mel fixed my laptop after it slipped out of my bag and onto the cement (my husband was loading it into the car). The screen casing was separating and cracked, the keyboard was missing 2 keys. He returned it with a new case and keyboard, very neatly packaged, and it looks like new. So happy I didnt have to spend $850 for a new one!

I thought my monitor for my desktop died. It blacked out and would not work at all. I was about to call Dell support and return it back where I purchased it. Then I decided to call Mel to help me. BEST DECISION EVER!! He came over at 7:30 am and fixed it. I was so impressed. Then something changed on my computer and I could not open any attachment from my emails. I texted Mel early this morning for help. He called me and helped me first download his remote software support under Contact in his website, and then added the icon on my desktop for future tech support. Mel is my tech super hero and my go to guy from this day forward. He set up Adobe and fixed it on my computer from his location an hour away, so I can view my attachments. Mind blown. The hard drive crashed on our office computer and the files had not been going to the off site back-up like we thought they had been. Mel and his staff were able to recover everything from the trashed hard drive. I do not know how but they were able to save us. He recovered all of our Quick Books data as well as several other programs and data that contained service records, names, addresses and dates.
