I hired 2 Local Gals Housekeeping for a move-out cleaning of my Clinton, UT home in preparation to use that house as a rental property. The entire experience with this company was excellent. Everyone I spoke with on the phone was professional. The two women who cleaned my house did a great job. When I first booked my appointment, I gave my credit card information. 2 Local Gals Housekeeping policy is to charge ones credit card prior to the service completion. The day of the appointment, I realized I had given the wrong credit card information for the transaction (my personal credit card instead of my business credit card). I called 2 Local Gals to give them the correct credit cards information. This was an unplanned (and anxiety-causing) opportunity to see if this company is honest. They now had two of my credit cards numbers. Would they charge both credit cards and make the refund process for the erroneous credit card difficult and drawn out? Thankfully, they didnt. I was properly and satisfactorily refunded for the charge on the erroneous credit card. It was an enormous relief to find out this is a company with integrity. This is not a fly-by-night operation. After setting an appointment, one receives emails confirming the appointment and charges. The company has a good website. The two women who cleaned my house were there for just over four hours (a total of eight hours cleaning service). I didnt stay with them the whole time they were in my house. But, I dropped in a couple times. Both times the women were cleaning (not standing around chatting with each other or on their cell phones). From the the look of my house (top to bottom), both women worked hard all eight hours and didnt waste time. The ultimate test of their work was whether I had to go into the house after them and clean what they didnt. No follow-up cleaning on my part was necessary. My property manager was very impressed with how clean the house was. A rental lease was signed on the house within a week. For that alone, every penny I spent hiring 2 Local Gals Housekeeping service was well worth it. I wouldnt hesitate to hire this company again.

I hired 2 Local Gals Housekeeping to do a commercial construction clean up job for us in Layton and I could not be more pleased with the experience. Heidi called me right away to schedule our job and took care to make sure she understood the scope of the work and get us scheduled. Janet came out to clean for us and the construction area is clean and free of debris underfoot and our painting can now be completed and carpet installed on time. Thank you ladies for all of your help. I look forward to working with you again on future projects.
