Paid for the lucky duck $20 car wash. the 1st time I took my car through the passenger side did not get cleaned so I went back to have them put my car through again and yet it is still not clean. Definitely not what you would expect for a $20 car wash.

Super simple process to get a high quality car wash! The workers are so kind and welcoming too, even though it’s something as simple as a car wash!

I went and had my car washed at this new location. Mason had the best personality and was very professional. He helped me through the process . he answered all my questions. Also i received a high quality wash. Mason and his staff really know what theyre doing. Great job guys

This is probably the best and funnest automatic car wash I have ever used. That being said it is automatic and doesnt get all the nooks and crevices. Sometimes I feel the polish job is lacking. But over all great experience.

I took my truck to the Quick Quack Car Wash in Riverdale and was thoroughly impressed with how well it cleaned my truck. I was excited to see a new one being built at this location. Based off of what I experienced with my Mini Cooper though, I would say this car wash isnt best suited for smaller cars like mine. The brushes seem to adapt to bigger vehicles but not the smaller ones. My entire right side was not cleaned at all because the brushes didnt touch it. The service was great though and I was offered a second car wash to help finish the job. Ill continue to take my larger vehicles here, but will just hand wash my tiny car from now on.

Friendly service and the automatic car wash cleans your car really well. If you wash your car a lot, this is definitely worth getting. I like that I can go through and not have to do any work or exit the car.😊

Your tunnel isnt very wide I think the walls are going to collapse on me or push into the car. Why do you wear ties white shirts and black pants youre not going to church or to school private school. Its so hot out there why a necktie? And then they have to stand out there in the hot heat. When they load you on it looks like theyre just waving to you whats up with that

Good thing it was a free wash cause I wouldnt pay for this kind of clean. Didnt clean a thing just left foamy soap all over my truck i had to wipe off by hand afterwards bugs didnt come off the windows lights or windshield completely worthless go somewhere worth spending your money that will actually get your vehicle clean! After reading multiple reviews of damage your wash has done to other peoples vehicles I will count myself lucky my truck just didnt get cleaned and thankful you guys didnt break anything on it Ill pass on anymore visits thanks though.

This is the best place Ive found that does a really good job washing my car! Although I do wish the dryers went a little bit longer. But I guess thats why I own a shami!

Car is still dirty even after running through twice. Then I realized there was damage to my crossbars as well...Ive usually had good experiences with quick quack but after running back through a second time to hopefully get the bugs off I looked and not only were the bugs still in the grill, on the hood, and on the windshield, I still had hard water stains on my hood. Not only that but one of my crossbar caps had been broken off. Went to a different quick quack and the bugs and water stains were quickly taken care of. I dont know whats different about this franchise but its not as good plus may do damage to your car.

I lovw everything about this car wash. It washes my car so good. Even in the hidden places i have a ford explorer so the back light has a lip and makes it hard to clean the upper half of the back window. That was not the case this time. Everything was nice and shiny. My next stop was the vacuums, they are amazing as well good suction one pass and done. I have four kiddos. I try to keep my car as clean as i can. When having car washes like this one, they come in so handy. I LOVE IT 🦆

The only thing I can say bad about the place is it have a 10 minute time limit on the vacuum area. Im a guy that likes to go through and do everything, blowing up the vans blowing out the cracks and crevices then vacuuming everything thats not done in 10 minutes and I like my music while Im doing it. I dont know what they consider loud but I would like to be able to hear about the vacuums. That is all I have to say about it so after my month is up I will head back and forth Street where I can spend as much time as I like detailing my car at the Chevron gas station hand car wash.

Just went through this car wash and it nearly ripped the front license plate off my car. While my car is cleaner than when I went through I probably won’t be a returning customer because I don’t want my plate ripped all the way off next time.

I was able to get all the sand and dirt removed from my Bear Lake trip. Vacuums worked great.

Love the interior wipes, vacuums are strong, and does a good job cleaning except if you have a rear window fin. Doesnt get up under there and just drips the dirt down.

It was great but no excellence. I like better a competitor. They have people who actually brush the front and back of your card before the car goes in the car wash. They have towels available and mat cleaner.

The manager is a very nice guy and helped me with everything i needed. the kid with curly red hair is really nice too!

Im not much on a machine washing my car. I do love this place. The kid that was taking my license plate number he made my wife and I laugh.

Free vacuums under a shaded cover. They gave us a cleaning wipe when we went through the car wash. Very nice employees.

Nice place. Hate the colors. LOL BUT it did get my car cleaner than everywhere else Ive been. Air hoses by the vacuums seem pretty week though.

Awesome place. Just opened up. Everything is brand new. My car looks amazing.

Employees were extremely friendly and place was insanely clean. We accidentally knocked out the vacuum and it was making a loud sound, and an employee came to our assistance quickly.

This place is okay the car wash is way too fast and kind of pricey the vacuums are great you can use those as long as you want but if youre looking for a car wash that takes more than 2 minutes to wash your car this is not the place

Pretty good car wash.. if your car is really dirty this place wont get it clean! You should go hand wash it first... i go here multiple times (3-5) xwk ... that way its able to do a ok job but it makes black rub marks on the side/ bottom of my car i assume from the automatic mover system that moves your car thru the wash... annoying cuz i went there to get a clean car not a dirtier one!!

My car has never looked cleaner, the customer service is great and I love that the vaccums are so strong!!

This is a new car wash. Therfore you would think they would work with you when things happen. I got hit in the car wash, because the roller wasnt hooked up right for the person behind me. They wont pay for anything.. so dont waste your money, or fall for the free car wash. You wont be happy.

This place is amazing! Super clean:) I recognized the manager for this Quick Quack, JJ. He was at one wash in Pleasdant View, good to see familiar face. IM so happy to have a quickie Quack closer to me.

Wash wasnt really worth the money but it was ok. The vacuums were awful and that was my biggest issue. They couldnt suck up even a lick of dirt.

Customer service is horrible. Tried talking to the manager about scratching, employees laughed, snapped pictures of the car as they walked away, very rude and condescending. Bragged about making $150k a year…so my concerns didn’t matter. Never go there again. Lots of other car washes around with better service!

Im not as happy with Quick Quack as I am with Mister carwash. However, Quick Quack has a lot more locations in Weber and Davis Co.

I went to Quick Quack Car Wash to get there free wash during their grand opening I had a very very very tiny bit of dirt in the bed of my truck and they told me I needed to sweep it out I told them do you have a broom and they said yes I will get it for you then they proceeded to get to the front of the line when I got to the front of the line the manager said they could not do a car wash after a 45 minute wait because the bed liner was too dirty I told him I could take the bed liner out in less than 30 seconds he then proceeded to ask me to leave I told him its not a big deal in 30 seconds I can have the bed liner out and then Ill go through the carwash come back and get it he said he would not so I proceeded to try to get out of my truck he then push the door back on my leg that I just had surgery on because I just had knee replacement which hurt me and then told me he was going to call the cops very poor customer service ask for a managers phone number he couldnt give me a managers phone number I said what is your name he said his name is Jay Jay I said do you have a card he says no I said when is your regional manager going to come back he says I dont know he says were not going to help you anyway poor poor poor customer service thanks JayJay for hurting my leg after surgery
