The attendants here are the best. They are quick to pre-clean your car before heading into the touch less wash. They are also very helpful if you have any issues with the self help washing bays.

Great car wash! But what makes this wash special is the people operating the wash. They take the time to make sure they are doing a great pre-wash before you ever enter the wash. You can tell that they take pride in what they do, and they always seem to do it with a big smile!

Ive used several car washes in the South Ogden area and Cliffs is the best by far. They have attendants that scrub the bugs and spots off your car (including windshield, bumpers, side mirrors, rims, and doors) before you even enter the automatic car wash. And this isnt a surface-level scrub either--the two young men working yesterday paid very close attention to the little bug bits on my windshield to make sure nothing was left behind. I have never seen that level of attention to detail in a car wash attendant before. Ever. I was stunned. Then, after your car is washed, you can use their free vacuums. And these vacuums dont mess around--they have two different vacuum nozzles (a flat head for cleaning mats and a smaller nozzle for hard-to-access interior spaces) and the suction is great. They even have a little vending machine with air fresheners and whatnot! I could not be happier.

Free vacuums are maintained better than any others Ive seen. The drive thru and self serve give my car a better wash than any of the others Ive used. Cant beat it.

I’ve honestly never been to such a bad car wash. It’s single stall, so you drive yourself through, which makes it difficult to time the drying correctly.More than that though, after coming out (I got the delux), my car is legit still dusty/dirty.Also the vacuums aren’t very strong.

Im new to this area and have only visited this car wash once, but it was a positive experience. The self-serve wash bay had good cleaning tools and products and everything was in good working order and clean. The vacuums also worked well and were in good working condition and had nice attachments.

I like going on Tuesday as theres a $2 discount on the automatic washes. The only problem is they arent very good... I did an economic wash yesterday, and my car came out just a dirty (see photos.) The windshield still had the streak marks from cleaning my windows with the squeegee at the local gas station a few minutes previous. There was some powder like residue on the window that I easily wiped off with a finger. And the blowers at the end didnt get off all the water dispite using almost the full 60 seconds to drive through the blowersI did enjoy the free vacuuming that is offered to customers (part of the reason I chose this location.)Maybe I should not have done the low cost option for my wash, or maybe I should just try somewhere else.

For a self-serve wash its functional. The floor mat holders grip is not strong enough letting the car mats fly off during spraying. The area wash clean and easy to enter and exit.

Top notch establishment with good wash bays

Went to get a quick car wash, swiped my card and when i was done the machine said you’ll be charged $9. I then look at my bank account to find out they charged me $15. Ive seen a couple post about the same issue and no response from the owners. I would no go here again.

I drive a ways just to go to Cliffs car wash! Up until the last time I used the services, 2 weeks ago, I would have given a 5+ star rating.Car wash experience last time I needed bug & tar remover cloths which I was happy to pay $1.00+ for from Cliffs vending machine. I Put in a total of $5.75, it didnt dispense, wouldnt refund the $5.00+ either. So I called the phone number listed. A text came back saying see the attendant for help. Well there was not an attendant, and no follow up call or response..... Too bad, could have turned out differently. I USED to recommend that Car wash to everyone!Rating now = 👎

First time user, it was clean and worked great. The water could have been warmer. Sadly there’s not a lot of room to pull through with a larger trailer however there is lots of room to back in to a stall.

By far the best car wash in South Ogden. Free vacuums and air nozzles as well to blow the dust out of vents or seats or your whole damn car I guess if you want to😜

Definitely go here instead of Magic Wash. Magic over charged us by over a hundred dollars and it took months of harassing them to get reimbursed. Read the reviews there on all the damage and billing issues. But Cliffs? These guys are awesome. The friendly staff pre-scrubs your wheels and windows before the automatic wash and it is touchless so you dont end up with those micro scratches all over your paint like with Magic Wash. Also, Cliffs has regular spray stalls. My washes in the self serve stalls vary from a $4-5 for a quick wash up to a long spray down with all the waxes and rinses available. I think my most expensive wash was $6 when I did just about everything available.

I was overcharged by the credit card machine. Tried to call, but no one answers the phone. Had to call my bank to dispute the charges. It should have been $6.75 but they charged me $15.00! A very expensive carwash, dont you think? I will never use this carwash again.* Follow up - they did correct the charge, but I never received a call. Basically it was a hassle to get this taken care of. I would not recommend using a credit card on these machines.

Charged me 15$ when the $5.67 finished charging i didnt get the remainder back. Thats strike 1. It used to be great, we used to go there twice a week. Now the last few times our cars come out dirtier than when we pulled in. Almost like theyre using secondary water. Spots and dirt all over the cars. Thats strike 2. Last but not least. On a few occasions the vending machines with the air fresheners took money but didnt vend the item.We will not be returning. Go to the High-tech wash and hideaway on wall just north of 12th Street for a quality wash.

Great service when attendants are there. They clean wheels and bugs for me. The automatic wash is nice. No brushes to scratch my car or tear anything off. Even has a big dryer to help dry my car. Great prices.

There were two employees the pre-washed our vehicle before the car wash and we really appreciated that. There are also free vacuums with the purchase of a car wash. This made our trip worthwhile because we could get everything done in one trip.

The best part about this car wash is that it isnt Magic Wash from just down the street to the south. My vehicle didnt get thousands of dollars in damage by coming here like it did at Magic Wash.The only complaint I have about this place is when you use the manual wash bay, it takes forever for the soap to come through the wand and then be washed clear of the wand as you advance through your wash methods. I spent a good amount of time washing my vehicle and it ended up being $4.99.

The prewash by the boys is very nice, coming down with a dirt covered Murano from our cabin just going through the car wash would not do the job. So I really appreciate there muscles and effort. They deserve a tip for sure. I have the yearly car wash, the very best one, it does a good job if the boys are not there. Of course I always wipe my car down after the wash, after I broke my hip an employee knew who I was and wiped my car down for me because I could not get out of car😀 going the extra mile was really really appreciated.

I will only pay cash because I used the card once and it charge me 10 dollars and I didnt even us it longer then five minutes. That was about a year ago. But it is a good car wash

My favorite car wash! I can’t speak for the automatic side, but the self-service side is top notch and probably the cleanest, well-kept facility I’ve been to. Thankfully, the self-service side takes card as well. The vacuum stalls are included in the purchase of a car wash and are a nice touch.

Their automatic car wash is amazing. I usually get the $7 one and I’ve got a tree by my house that leaves sap, flower buds, and little green and brown seed things on my car and they are a PAIN to get rid of. This car wash is the only one that gets the sap, flower buds, and the seeds off my car and even out of the vents by my windshield. I did have an experience where their automatic car wash didn’t detect my car and the machine ate my money, but I called the number on the front and they issued me a refund very quickly and were very nice. I then went back through and it worked like a charm.

This car wash has been recently updated. I liked the old one but love the new one! It is one of the best touch-less car washes in my opinion! Gets my car super clean, staff (when on duty) are super helpful and friendly, and the vacuums are always free. My son finds the lava wash aspect of this car wash the most fun! To a child, it looks like lava (suds and orange lighting) is being dumped on the vehicle. It’s a little more pricey than other places, but for what is offered I feel it is fair. They also offer discounts and monthly memberships which help in the expense department.

Ive found my forever carwash (as long as I live in South Ogden at least). I came on a Friday afternoon and was greeted by two manual washers despite the 30 degree weather that handed me a dash cleansing wipe. They were helpful, friendly and scrubbed the harsh salts off my car prior to entering the wash. The vacuums are free (with purchase of a very reasonable priced wash) and there are three styles- one being very slim to get in cracks, a regular hose and a little pressure blower thing for dust build up in hard to wipe places. My car is squeaky clean and I am one happy customer!

Ive always used Cliffs. Recently they have added really great upgrades like a vacuuming station. Today when I went to the automatic lane a wonderful attendant prescrubbed my car for me. This car wash is the best!!

The do-it-yourself Bays are clean and easily accessible. Really like the tire and engine cleaner. Very effective on custom wheels and tires.

Everything has been updated to the latest and greatest equipment. Free vacuuming and much needed compressed air to blow out dust and dirt from those hard to get areas. Pre-wash brush buckets are always new and clean. Best car wash and close to my house.

The only thing good about this car wash is that its usually not busy. I only use it when detailing cars and cant go to the one I normally use. Ive never been to a car wash that takes longer to switch from one setting to another (like from pre soak to tire cleaner) which costs time and money. If you have anything bigger than a civic be prepared to have your back against the wall and be wet. Also plan on doing a lot of work once you get home as well because the spot-free might as well be called free spots.

I’ve been doing self service through cliffs for a while. Their foam gun is better than any other car wash I’ve tried. I decided to do the monthly car wash pass and love that it’s touchless. And you get a pre wash during their normal hours. They use different brushes so you aren’t getting wheel dirt onto your paint. You also get a discount for multiple cars, so I got one for my fiancé. They forgot to take off the money on my first charge and the guy working ran up to my car after I’d been through and apologized and gave me 3 free hand applied wheel shines which is a $9 value. They have awesome customer service and really take care of your car!

Where has Cliffs car wash been my whole life?! This place is unlike any other carwash I have ever been to! I dont know what Cliff is doing over there, but the service is next level, they are always so happy and eager to help! They pre-wash your car, scrub your tires, and wash your windows. I got the $30 monthly subscription, which is the highest wash, but monthly subscriptions start at $18.The reason I came here is because I heard they dont use actual brushes like most other places do, which put scratches all over my car. Cliffs only uses high pressure water, and it cleans my car just as well without anything actually touching my car. The dryers always dries my car.They also have self serve washes if you dont want to do a monthly subscription.I spent 2 years going to Magic Car Wash across the street, and this is already a hundred times better than anything they do.

You have to pay a pretty decent amount to actually have time to wash your car. Otherwise you will be in a mad rush to wash your car and still not have time to properly clean it. They definitely dont give you enough time for what you pay for

I washed my own car and paid with my debit card. Machine said the total was $7.78 but my bank account said I paid $15. The soap feature sucked, there was barely any soap coming from the scrubber. Im never coming back.

The manual car wash does NOT give you enough time to get all the soap off and the automatic wash is a bit difficult to line up with your tires. Card or quarters only but there is a change machine handy.

Best and safest car wash for your cars if youre afraid of damaging the paint of your vehicles. The touchless car wash is perfect if you dont want a car wash with aggressive brushes throwing dirt all over your paint causing scratches. The price is great for what youre getting. The touchless car wash cleans your under carriage, waxes the car, and more.My car was pretty dirty before the wash with road salt etc, and after the wash it came out with no dirt or salt on it which is impressive for never touching the car.Matt one of the employees there answered any questions I had and even gave me a microfiber towel to dry off any left over water after the automatic wash. Great place.

Its a good car wash other then dont use your credit card there...it told me after I was done cleaning my car that the total was 5.10$ I check my bank acount later and it had taken 15$ out of my account and it says nothing about a extra fee on the machine so I just recommend not doing that

I cannot say enough good about Cliffs. They offer pre-paid cards in the vending machine, with a great value of $50 when you pay $35. I refill mine on the phone and always receive great service. One time the car wash messed up because of the customer in front of me having trouble and using the wash cycle I had just paid for. I called the number on my pre-paid card and he gave me a code for a free wash to make up for it.Another time I went to wash egg off my car that a kid threw at it. The owner was there cleaning and he sprayed off my car for free. Thanks the kind of service that makes me loyal to a business.
