That was a horrible experience! They showed us 2 amazing cars and told us the prices were 12500. We drove both and it was a really tough decision so we picked one we loved. They came back and said that it was sold already. But we could have the other one but its price was 14500. That was over our budget. They said they had another car to show us that was the 12500 price. We drive it and liked it but not as much as the 1st car. It has a lot of damage and way more miles. So we asked if they could go down on the price. She came back and said that they got the wrong price and it was actually 14900 but they would honor the 12500 that they told us. What!? We left.

I was initially attracted to them because they seemed to have better prices at the time than other dealers.We had a terrible time with the finance team and all that they tried to tack on like the window etching, which to them was non negotiable because it is “already part of the car”. If its “already part of the car” then price it in the car, NOT as an “add-on”.Secondly, they told us that the car would come with a 2nd key and that they’d detail the car prior to receiving it. Both were lies.The biggest thing for me, however, which is why I am actually coming back to do is a review is that they sold us a Dodge Grand Caravan with a bad actuator. I remember test driving the car and hearing a loud buzz when the doors would lock. It concerned me but I was told it was nothing, and that it is how these cars are when the door locks.About a year later the door locked up on me and I could not open it from the inside or the outside, deeming the door useless and creating a safety hazard. I did some research and found out it was the actuator and that the telltale sign of the actuator going bad is a loud buzz coming from the door when it locks or unlocks.Unfortunately they brushed that under the rug and never admitted to selling a car with a bad actuator.
