Excellent customer service. They allow walk-ins and the tech, think his name was Braedon, was quick and efficient. Highly recommend!

Booked an appointment online, was in and out in less than 10 minutes, staff was super friendly and efficient.
Ive been here twice so far and everything went smoothly both times. I used the online scheduler to schedule my appointment, then checked in through the link they sent me and stayed in my car for two minutes until they were ready. Then, they texted me when they wanted me to go in. I walked past a line of people who were checking in, and I was in and out within about three minutes. Both lab techs were courteous, friendly, and good at their jobs.The bathroom sink was not working during my first visit, but they directed me just around the corner to wash my hands when I was done. It was no big deal.
Easy and safe check-in process. Located on the second floor and not much signage outside, but there is an elevator and clear directions once you get upstairs. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews, staff was so friendly and did an amazing job with my sons blood draw. Wish there was a location further north available, but happy we made the drive to come here.
I tried calling before I went and no one would answer. I got there and the lady was rude both times I had to go in.
The lady at check-in was so rude to me and when I asked her why she was treating me like that she became a little nicer. I honestly felt like leaving at that moment and finding another location because it was so uncomfortable.
This place did my newborn paternity test and excluded her dad as the dad, went to another place and had a test done and received the correct results that he is her dad, they are unprofessional and not organized made my pregnancy and life hell with the two test they were involved with.
Worst place ever! When the heck am I supposed to find time to go?!?!?!? All their services that I need close at 2! But I work a full time job! Don’t even see how they are still a company!
No idea why this place has such bad reviews. Went in this morning for some blood work, I had made an appointment and they got me in within 5 minutes of the appointment. I have a fear of getting my blood drawn and the nurse did a great job of guiding me through the process and keeping me calm as well as making sure I was doing okay. Was in and out in about 15 minutes. Really great.
Staff extremely rude on the phone!!! Get staff that can be kind and not hang up the phone multiple times when it is close to closing time. Appropriate ways to get information across to people!! Especially when working with medical offices from out of state. Sorry for the patrons that HAVE to actually walk into this facility!!
Stopped by here at 4:20pm on a Friday to get my son’s blood work done and they were closed already. No note on the door, nothing. After leaving a message and knocking, someone did open the door and said they now close at 4pm instead of 5pm, but can’t get google to change their hours. I own my own business and it is easy for me to change my business hours on google. Wish I had another option of lab. This is consistent with our previous experience. Last time they completely misplaced my sons tests and he had to come back a second time that week and get poked Again. So unprofessional. Something is seriously wrong with this company!
Receptionist was kind and helpful. The person that took the blood sample was excellent.They need to have another bathroom
I had an out of state blood antigen kit. Jodi was very familiar with the process and was extremely professional.

Didn’t bill my insurance causing me to have some random $100 balance I knew nothing about until 2.5 years later when I get a collection letter in the mail. They won’t hear it when you call to talk to them. Good luck everyone. This is just ONE of the list of bad experiences we’ve had with them.
The receptionist was AMAZING, she was very knowledgeable and helped me figure out which way would be best and most affordable way to pay for my labs. As a Canadian who has moved to the USA paying for health care is makes me NUTZ ( I feel everyone should have equal access and it should be affordable) . This lady saved me 600 bucks. Instead of paying 800+ dollars for my labs I paid 176. Thank you Thank you Thank you. I will return back whenever I need labs because they #1 were sweet humans who care about people and #2 saved me alot of MONEY!
Awesome service. In and out quickly with no problems at all. Honestly, questioned going to this location after reading the reviews. Upon arrival I found the rule of treat others how you want you be treated works very well here.Thank you!
Absolutely awful. Ive never been treated so rudely in just a few short minutes of meeting someone at a medical establishment. God forbid you waste their sacred time by making them do their job! AVOID! Especially dont go in the morning if you dont want the employees extreme impoliteness and vicious sarcasm to ruin your day! Go elsewhere if at all possible.
The woman running my test was very rude. As soon as I came out of the bathroom she did not tell me where to stand or sit while she filled out paperwork. So I asked her politely where she would have me sit or stand. Her response was “why would I have you sit you won’t be here for hours waiting?” To which I responded I didn’t know which she wanted me to do and I had had knee surgery and would prefer to sit if it would take a few minutes (I have never been through this company before to test for employment). To which she said and still not answering my question said “how would I know that?”... this is not how you treat customers this is not okay. I didn’t do anything wrong. I simply asked a question so I wouldn’t be in the way and did not know if I was allowed to sit and wanted to know. To make it better the workplace asked for me to get a copy of the receipt and she told me no, “ it is paid by the company so you don’t need a receipt”. I told her they requested it to make sure I had proof and she still refused.
I will be asking for my lab testing to be sent elsewhere. I had blood drawn at my doctors office on 11/27. I received a bill 1/26. The bill said past due, pay immediately. This was my first bill, how could it be past due. I hadnt even got my EOB yet. My second bill comes less than two weeks later and says if I dont pay Im going to collections. First of all, two weeks is the amount of time given to pay a bill or collections is the answer? Yes, I should have paid it but when I received the bill it was Friday after 5 so I couldnt call to pay. I had put the bill in my purse so I could call and pay and it the following Monday and it was kind of out of sight out of mind. Pretty ridiculous to threaten someone with collection after sending only one bill and giving them 2 weeks to pay. I work in dental offices and never ever would we threaten collections after 2 weeks.
Laurie did a great job finding my veins and was patient and confident. The place itself is a bit run down. Bathroom had no running water in sink nor was there soap.
I had absolutely horrible service here. The nurse that did my blood draw was absolutely out of line and inappropriately voicing her opinion about my request for her to use a butterfly needle. I have horrible veins and tried telling her this. I had to go there because my doctors office didnt have a nurse available to draw my blood. I will never go back and Id advice no one go there.
Two parts to this review1st . My initial encounter with the staff (Jodi Busk) . I can honestly say its been a very long time since Ive ever met anyone soooo rude, and proud of it . Not afraid to talk freely about how she gets bad reviews about how rude she is . After reading other reviews, something seriously needs to be done about her . Management please feel free to contact me if needed to discuss further my experience with Jodi.2nd . I was able to pull aside another employee working there that seemed much more approachable. Her name was Natalie . She completely turned things around for me . She was fantastic and was able to help me with my situation . 5 stars for Natalie .Conclusion...FIRE Jodi Busk .
Tight quarters when it comes to waiting. Crowded areas are to be expected for places like this, that being said, they put little thought into accommodating hoards of people in the waiting area whenever they established their location in a tiny office suite. Everyone is crammed and super uncomfortable. The least they could offer is complementary coffee to ensure their crammed up waiting room
Worst employees ever! I came in to take a pre employment drug test and the two ladys (that should have been at the front desk to begin with) we’re sitting out of sight blabbing on and on about nonsense, keeping me waiting for almost an hour before I got any help. You could hear the girls’ conversation about how bad one of their coworkers is, swearing left and right. Hugely unprofessional in my opinion and they need to get new staff. Worst experience I’ve ever had as far as customer service goes. Luckily I probably won’t have to come here for a few years at least, hopefully by then you can hire some good employees!

I know this place has had some bad reviews but I just wanted to write this to balance the score a bit as Ive only had positive experiences with this LabCorp location. Give them a try.
They took a blood draw from my nine year in November. Still no results 6 weeks later. Come to find out, they didnt label her blood. It sat there for awhile before they decided to throw the sample out. What a joke. Now I have to take my child back for another traumatic experience.
I hate their call center (Patient care hotline). Cannot leave a message or figure out if someone is trying to respond or not... Just wanted to cancel my labwork before it went through.
This place sucks. Ive come many times and always end up waiting for what seems a long time. Even with an appointment, dont expect to be in and out on time. It doesnt matter what time you come. I even heard the lady telling someone else who works in the building to just come on back because they often ignore the sign-in sheet with the bells on the pen. I can hear them talking in the back but it seems they dont want to get up and do any work until they absolutely have to. I guess my job doesnt merit the extra effort of putting on a fresh set of gloves. Terrible customer service
Terrible service. Were not the overly-dramatic type, so this review is straight-forward.My wife went in today and had to bring our two little kids. After waiting 45 minutes, they called her back. She got to the counter and the receptionist told her kids were not allowed, that she would have to leave them in the waiting room(!!!). She asked if they could just come in the restroom, the receptionist said no, that they dont run a daycare service. Ya, that was a direct quote...Are you kidding me!?! No sign posted, nothing. Again, 45 mins sitting there - how about a heads up right when she walked in!?! Absolute garbage customer service and completely unnecessary.

Today I went in for a drug test and the worker including the manager were absolutely disrespectful would never come back and the lady named Ricky was so disrespectful and made the visit harder than it needed to be and the manager did not care whatsoever

I came here for the second time with my fiancé who has had to get drug tested before starting new jobs. Both times they have been so unprofessional and rude. Im talking to you fat lady at the front... Sitting on her ass with headphones in watching an iPad. My fiancé walks up and she continues watching her show for another 15 seconds, takes her headphones out and my fiancé says hi and she doesnt say anything. Then after another awkward silence she says to read the sign on the desk... She already did in the past 30 seconds your incompetent ass was catching up on Gilmore girls. Then she asks for id and paperwork which my fiancé extends her arm to give to her and she doesnt take it... Literally another girl in the back saw and walked up and took her id. Absolutely ridiculous service. I hope you read this and know that its people like you that dont get anywhere in life, get over yourself and show some class you desk job, minimum wage for life loser. If laziness was a drug and her own employer screened her, her ass would have been canned a long time ago.

Rude people I did my urin test with Jeri oleary and shes just rude and unprofessional hope management dose something about the staff . And if management wants to contact me Im more then welcome to hear them out.
