I have had a terrible experience with this law office. I turned in all my paperwork in April of 2019 to have my bankruptcy done. They said it would be 2-3 weeks to get a case number. After a month I tried to call back. Sometimes I could get a hold of them and they said they are working on it. Around June, July I began to wonder what I was going on. I called at least 50 times probably more, left messages when it would let me, sent emails and even tried to stop by the office as well a few times. I have never had such a hard time getting in contact with someone who I am paying to represent and help me. The office help was less than stellar. Finally in September I was able to get the ball rolling. My bankruptcy didn’t get filed till the end of October and my court hearing wasn’t until February of 2020. They did not have my best interest in mind and didn’t help me in a timely manner when they had everything right in front of them the whole time. Due to this I lost $1900 that I should have been able to keep from my taxes. If it would be filed when it was supposed to I would have that money. Being a single mom of 4 kids I am very frustrated, I of course need that money. When I realized loosing that money was due to the negligence of filing my papers on time I was upset. I called and was able to talk to Paul and explained why I was frustrated. He agreed they didn’t handle things correctly and was going to work with me on it. Now since our conversation I have been trying to get in contact with him for over a month. I have left numerous messages with his secretary and sent emails and have been ignored. If you want an easy process, someone to have your best interest in mind and things to go smoothly I would not recommend this office to anyone.
