They checked out my truck for transmission problems. Their shop isnt big enough for the needed work so they referred me to someone who could do it. They were friendly, courteous, and helpful. And more than fair. I will go to them again for other needed work.

Super friendly and helpful. Very honest. He looked at my car and I was ready to leave out with him and do an expensive repair when he said it didnt need it. Not too many mechanics will do that. This is a cool looking place too, I felt like I stepped into the 50s.

I never write reviews but this place left such a bad taste in my mouth and I don’t want it to happen to anyone else.By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with any seller of goods ever. Took my truck in to have it worked on, giving specific instructions of what needed to be done. I was told the work was done but when I picked my truck up it was in worse condition than when I dropped it off. Plus the cherry on top is that even though they couldn’t fix it for some reason I was still charged for everything.I talked to several other auto mechanics and shops to see what they did when they couldn’t fix a problem and they were amazed I was charged even though my truck wasn’t fixed and said that absolutely never happens at their shop.I then took it to a Toyota dealer and gave the same instructions and they fixed it no problem and there weren’t any underlying hidden issues as to why it couldn’t be fixed. They were also appalled that I was charged for the work here when my truck wasn’t even fixed.They seemed like nice guys but I would never recommend this place to anyone unless you want to dump a bunch of money into your car and then have to take it somewhere else anyway. Such a waste of money.

This was my first time using this shop and I will diffidently be going back and giving them all my car repairs in the future. I took my car in for them to see what a problem was and got a call an hour later that they had found the problem and fixed it.This shop has a great down to earth family feel to it and the prices are very reasonable. They also reminded me my registration tags were do for renewal by the end of the month. I asked them to go ahead and take care of it. When I went back to pick up my car, less that 4 hours later. My problem was fixed and the tags were already on my car.

My girlfriend & I stayed in Ogden, UT for the month of June for work. When my van began leaking coolant I went straight to Google to find the best mechanic near me. Kyles Service Center came up at the top of the list & it was only a mile or two from our house (I would need to ride my bike back & forth). I called Kyles & they got me scheduled for the next day & quickly diagnosed the leak as being a failing heater core. Kyle & his crew were able to promptly fix my van in time for us to head to Portland at the end of the month. Kyles shop went above & beyond; they were done more quickly than originally estimated & at a cheaper cost. If Im ever back in Ogden & need vehicle work done Ill only use Kyles Service Center.
