Jon was awesome. I went in there ready and willing to drop $500 on new struts and brakes. Instead, Jon called to let me know there was just a nut that was loose and nothing was wrong with the compression or suspension. Ended up just paying for new pads and the little bit of labor it took. Super pleased with how I was treated.
