When I came to the shop to pick up my car I paid a little less than the agreed amount. The mechanic disinfected my steering wheel and interior door handles. I found that very thoughtful considering the COVID-19 pandemic. Stegens is excellent. I highly recommend them!

We had a run in with a shopping cart on the tail gate of our van. We were prepared for the worst, but Stegens came in with a very reasonable quote and gave incredibly professional service. Not only did they fix the damage, they cleaned the vehicle and had it looking brand new! I highly recommend them!

Customer service was great however I have had four cars in my lifetime that have had to have repairs and I’ve never had so many delays and the completion date being pushed off so many times it took about a month for my car to be finished Due to wrong parts being ordered, then wrong parts being sent, and finally missing parts when the proper part was sent. Overall frustrating experience and plan on going back to Beckstrom’s body shop in the future. I’m giving 3 stars because I do feel it might be a string in bad luck and Cassie really provided great feedback and updates.

Stegens has been awesome! They have taken good care of Harvey(my car) and I. They do great work and Harvey looked just like new. Cassie has been great working through my insurance and keeping me informed.

Worst experience I HAVE EVER HAD !!! Extremely rude mechanic, Nick Stegan was his name . I would never recommend anyone to go there... they weren’t helpful at all seems like they just wanted some money even when I was talking to them about an estimate because I was going to pay out of pocket to get my car fixed they made sure to let me know they weren’t a “cheap”auto shop...I guess they thought I didn’t have enough money to afford there services .... It was very Demeaning and unsettling not to mention unprofessional. Seems like this place is more of a backyard mechanic than an actual business.

I went here to get a quote on some auto body damage, and these people were more than helpful. Respectable prices, friendly staff, and really great decor all around the area. Unfortunately my car was written off and totaled so they werent able to fix it, but I will be coming back here in the future!

The best body shop around, hands down. This place even fixed some of the problems left by the previous body shop. Fair and friendly. This place really knows how to take care of you like family. A little hard to find but once youre there, youll think you stepped through the looking glass into another world. They have repaired two of my cars in the past 20 years. Yes...we are safe drivers! Paint color matches were spot on. Can find used parts to save money or use new.

When I was rear-ended I took my 2002 Ford Explorer into Stegens for the repair. They were good to work with and took all my phone calls and answered all of my questions. We are pleased with the outcome of the repairs. A week after getting my Explorer back, my daughter backed over a snowbank in her Toyota Corolla (guess she thought shes was in the Explorer 😜) and broke the tabs that hold the bumper on. Other repair shops were quoting us $800 to $900 to replace the entire bumper, Stegans was able to reattach it good as new for a $130.

Choose Stegens to do your auto body work! They give really good quotes and estimates, and do absolutely amazing body and paint work. You wont be disappointed. Shane is super helpful and knowledgeable. They work all makes and models, and have done great work on our Volkswagens and Mercedes-Benz!

I got backed into in a church parking lot and needed a new bumper. They matched the silver on my 4Runner and now I wish I could have gotten a whole new paint job because they did such a good job. The rental company even picked me up from their shop and let me leave my rental car with them because they do so much business with them. They were very welcoming and got my car done fast.

I took my car in for an estimate to repair a scratched and dented fender and side panel. While he was assessing the damage, Nick, the technician, buffed out the scratches and mixed up some paint to touch up some of the larger damaged spots. He did all of this at NO CHARGE and gave me a competitive quote on a complete repair. (I had already visited other well reviewed shops to get quotes and it was in line with all the other quotes). He even gave me a bottle of the paint that he mixed to take home with me. Another shop had quoted me over ninety dollars to do just the buffing and touch up work, so I was shocked that they did it at no charge. I would definitely recommend this shop.

**UPDATE** Please DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! *******WARNING******* STEGENS AUTO REPAIRNot only did they give me the run around, they charged my insurance company for work they refused to complete and my vehicle was unsafe, leaking gas that leads to explosions and they let me drive away with it ..Heres an update on my last review written by MisfitPUGG Stitch as you can see at the bottom of this review list .. Its been 7 months .. I took my vehicle to the dealership to find out what was really going on with the engine light .. The rear end accident that happened back in November actually cracked my gas tank sO thats why my engine light was still on .. The dealership said that there was no way that this could of happened unless it was in a rear end accident .. sO I went back to my insurance company and let them know to see if there was anything they could do to help me repair my vehicle .. Get this, in the very first estimate written by Stegens Care Care themselves had listed a cracked gas tank and was included on the final estimate cost of repairs .. This shop ran me around and around .. Mr Stegen himself told me nothing about a cracked gas tank and also informed me whatever is wrong with my vehicle had nothing to do with the accident or the engine light being on .. But he never told me what was wrong with it .. When I called my old insurance company I was expecting them not to help me because it had happened 7 months ago .. But because I went to a preferred auto shop listed by my insurance company my repairs are guaranteed .. And in writing it says cracked gas tank Replace Gas Tank Stegen refused to tell me this and refused to fix it .. Note, the dealership had no idea it was in an accident in the first place .. To my knowledge since this repair was listed on the final estimate I believe they charged my insurance company for it and never did the work and never told me about it .. sO Im not sure how honest you think Stegens is with my experience .. Ive also noticed that their are 2 more google reviews after mine so mine dont pop up unless to look for it, I decided to use a different email to make sure this goes on top for people to see and if you notice the reviews are about auto body repairs, not actual repairs .. sO if your lOOking for an example of an actual repair experience, this was mine and Id never ever send anyone to this place .. It took them 2 weeks to do the auto body repairs on my vehicle and there was no dents, just a broken bumper and because it sat there for an entire week doing nothing which was something else they failed to mention until the end .. Not only did they give me the run around, they charged my insurance company for work they refused to complete and my vehicle was unsafe leaking gas that leads to explosions and they let me drive away with it .. My insurance company sent out an agent to the dealership and actually wrote out a check on the spot to make sure my vehicle is repaired properly and quickly .. Insurance companies dont normally write a check for over a grand on the spot ..

Please DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! *******WARNING******* STEGENS AUTO REPAIRMy experience with this auto shop was unreal towards the end .. My vehicle was in an auto accident, I of course was referred by my auto insurance to guarantee the repairs .. My vehicle is still broken .. And they refuse to fix it .. My engine light is still on .. They shut the engine light off twice .. Honestly Im not sure they even looked at the engine .. My vehicle was rear ended while it was parked in front of my home, the vehicle that hit my car was going 50mph, my car jumped airborne almost 12 feet in park mind you, park .. I have several saved messages about my engine light still on .. They noted to me verbally that is was definitely caused by the accident .. And that some vehicles engine lights will go on after the bodywork is finished and that it should go off .. And if it didnt to bring it back in and they take it next door to run a diagnostic test on it to see what was wrong .. Well, I did just that, I waited for the engine light to go off and it never did .. sO I took my vehicle back in and informed them the light is still on .. At this point I was all of a sudden told that there was nothing they could do and that the guy next door looked at it and said that in no way shape or form was the engine light on caused by the accident .. The owner of Stegens Car Care came out to speak to me and let me know the same thing and also mentioned that I looked drugged up ?????? Uhm, Im not sure what to say to that or where on earth that came from .. I am a licensed Pharmacy Technician for 12 years now and I work at one of the local hospitals .. If I did drugs, Id lose everything including my license .. Im quite offended .. Not only will they not fix my car, they had the nerve to throw something completely off the wall at me .. I have never been sO disrespected or disapointed in my life .. Yes I am a female, and its not new to the auto industry to rip off females .. Im sOrry I dont have a husband or brother or even a male friend to fix this .. It seems as if men have better luck at auto shops ..****PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO STEGENS*****WARNING*****
