We bought a dryer for $230, it was advertised on KSL for $100. We brought it home put in a small load to test it out, and it squealed very loud and did not heat. The owner refused to refund us for the purchase even though what HE SOLD US DIDN’T WORK! Avoid the sketchy man and store at all cost.

David met with me on a Sunday even though the store was closed - he was extremely knowledgeable and explained the pros and cons of each specific brand I was considering. He even took the time to explain the best way to use the washer on different settings and how to maintain it! The price was a little steep, however, it did come with a 1-year warranty - which is AWESOME. I am happy with the LG washer so far and greatly appreciate the customer service I received!

Went in there to buy a stackable gas washer and dryer asked a few questions the guy said that it worked wonderfully it looked marvelous so I decided to buy it he only except cash so I left went to the bank got cash came back filled out the paperwork and asked when it would be delivered to my home and he said well I need to check it out first to make sure it works perfectly I’m gonna quit there cause I shouldn’t have to say anymore.

I had a problem with my delivery today. I had a representative call me his name is Vico. He is amazing. He was so kind and fixed my problem right away and offered me a discount for my troubles. He restored my faith in the company. I wish more people were like him. - Thank you

Awesome business! Got a great dryer for a decent price. They also took my old dryer so they could rebuild it. Service was great and very friendly.

We bought a washer for about $275 here. He said if it had problems that we could take it back to him and he would fix it. Well about 7 months in, it stopped spinning. I called him, took it back in and he fixed it. I was able to watch him do it. HE IS A WIZARD! I know that even most repair shops would have made up a story about how it is broken beyond repair and recommend that I buy another one but David had the parts and the know how to fix mine which I really appreciated. He did not charge me for the fix either. He is fair and honest. If you are looking for a quality machine and dont want to buy a new one, then this is the place to go.

The main tall guy here was awesome!!! Had a ton of washers and dryers and gave me lots of information on how to make the washer last for a long time. He was very nice and very helpful. Found a great washer for a great price and he delivered it same day and really helped me out. Also included a free year warranty. Thank you so much! Definitely recommend. UPDATE: washer pump broke within a month and he stated that his truck was broken, so I had to take the washer to him. He then replaced the washer pump for free and sent me on my way. It’s been working since.

Very unprofessional they post pictures of washers and dryers for sale on ksl and when you contact them to buy them they say its no longer available and they have more in the store available which were pricier wouldnt not reccomend this place to anyone.

The jury is out on the washer but David was helpful and very informative. He gave good suggestions about how to lengthen the life of our used washing machine as well as good insight on which brands and models are best. Will post an update if anything goes wrong with the machine, but with a one-year warranty, the $200 spent should be well worth it.

Beware and do not buy from this business. Very unprofessional business owner/operator. Bought washer and dryer from owner on a Saturday and was moving into a new home on Sunday (to be delivered on Monday). Found out on Sunday that previous home owner decided not to move their washer and dryer and they would be included in the sale of the new home. We notified the owner of Appliance Connection the circumstances and that we would no longer like to purchase the washer and dryer on Sunday. Come Monday we go to the store to talk to the owner about the issue and he is unwilling to work with us for a refund or even a partial refund on the washer and dryer that is still sitting in his store.

This place would not honor their warranty unless I brought my Dryer to their shop. It clearly states in their warranty that if you want in home service its $45plus parts.This Washer and Dryer was purchased a month ago and acted up on the 2nd load . I cant believe they didnt offer to repair it for free given that they just sold it to me. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Im new to the area and found out the hard way !

Wasnt too impressed, I went in with an idea of what I wanted, and was basically told that my choice was not a good choice...even though I hail from the appliance industry. Then it turned out I didnt need the washer after all, and trying to get my money back from the gentleman who runs the store was like pulling teeth. I had to be a little bit forceful with the owner to be able to get my money back when I didnt need the washer after I had gave him the money, and the unit had not been delivered nor were there any services rendered.

Had exactly the washer I needed at a great price. Even gave me a some money for my old washer (more then I wouldve got for scrapping it) plus the year warranty on this washer is easing my mind alot!!

I have been trying for weeks to get in and look at washers and dryers because I have heard that they have great prices. The store is never open! I have visited on weekdays, weekends, nights, and mornings. I have called them many times without an answer. I just want to know when the store is open.

We purchased an old-school basic maytag washing machine from here 10 years ago and it just died finally after heavy use and several moves. Wish we lived closer so we could get another from him. I hate how hard it is to just find a basic sturdy machine without all the bells and whistles! Oh, and our dryer we purchased from him at the same time is still running. :)

I do not recommend! They put up an advertisement saying they had machines. to wash clothes of U $ 100.00 in KSL and when I checked there they only had washing machines of 500.00 up! And I called earlier!

Cheapest prices around! Normally that would scare me, but for since everything has a one year full warranty, you can buy with comfort. Bought a dryer that works perfect for several years now. Bought a washer that actually died after about 8 months, but he fixed it for free, no questions asked (just ended up being a loose wire, probably my fault for moving it roughly). Save your receipt if you purchase here, he doesnt keep records.

He was mean on the phone, kind of uncalled for.

NEVER BUY HERE!!!!Free Delivery was actually $10 delivery to my driveway. He refused to help me put them in my house.Within two months both the dryer and washing machine broke. Apparently the free warranty is only if you can carry the washer/drier out of your house and load it into a truck to take it back to the store for him to fix it there. So we payed the $50 for him to come out to us to fix it. He did, but said for whatever reason it may slip out again so just let him know and hell come back out for free with a new part. 6 months later it broke again- same problem as before. But for MONTHS he has ignored our calls or told us he will call us back/come out but we never hear from him. We have now had to order the parts and learn to fix it ourselves because the warranty doesnt really exist.

This is the 2nd time we have purchased from this business. The first time was 3 years ago and everything was fine. This time around was the worst customer service we have ever received. We paid in cash on Saturday and were promised Monday or Tuesday delivery between 6-8pm. 630 hits and nothing so I reached out to him and he said he would need to reschedule for the following day. If he wasnt planning on delivering on Monday, shouldnt there have been at least a heads up that he wouldnt be coming. So Tuesday I text him again to find out when he is planning on coming and he tells me that it will have to be rescheduled for the following day. Again, he did not reach out to us, we had to contact him. I had rearranged our schedules twice so someone could help us set it up. I told him that he had already promised either Monday or Tuesday and he needed to keep his end of the deal or we would be filing a report with the Better Business Bureau and asking for a refund. He then told us he was sick and would need to get out of bed, we had already cancelled our help as he had cancelled twice on us. I explained to him that we would need delivery on Wednesday morning or we would be asking for a full refund. He replied he couldnt deliver in the morning and that it would need to be after 6pm and that now he could do it on Thursday. We are very busy people and believe that a business, especially a small business should keep their word. Finally I told him my husband would come pick it up at 10am on Wednesday morning. Be careful with delivery from this business as it may not be on when it is promised and more like when he feels like getting around to it which is why we just picked it up ourselves. We will not be doing business with him again.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!! I purchased a washer and dryer set was told they would be delivered in 3 or 4 days after I paid $40 extra for delivery. They were not delivered in the time frame promised I made several calls and text messages before he finally called me back. I did get the washer & dryer set delivered after 8 days. He showed up at 9pm I didn’t set them up that night as I live in an apartment with downstairs neighbors and didn’t want to disturb them that late. I came home from work the next day and set them up and as soon as I turned the water on for the washer I found out it’s leaking water all over from the bottom. I have been calling and texting David all night demanding my money back but he will not answer one single call or text message. I am going in tomorrow demanding my money back and the police will be called if necessary.

Each appliance is thoroughly gone thru, repaired if necessary and all have a 1 year warranty. Bonus! How is this business not shut down. They have terrible service. I contacted the owner multiple times for several days and didnt respond. He tells you he will contact you back in five minutes and wont call back for a few hours. My wife tried to contact as well and he never contacted her. Dont waste your money or time on this place they are terrible. Para Los q ablan espanol, este lugar esta terrible, el dueno no contesta las yamadas. Yo le llame varias veses en un pediodo de 4 Dias y no contesta. Guarde Su dinero y Su tiempo porque el servicio esta terrible.
