Pretty easy getting in and out when it isnt super crowded

I very much enjoyed my shopping experience. The store is clean an well stocked an the employees are helpful an safety conscious.

Usually find what we need.. been a member since 2004...Not sure why they need to scan 1 or 2 items before you leave, backs up the line, walmart doesnt scan anything when you leave. Made this bacon covered meatloaf with Sams, Wright Hickory thick cut bacon 🥓 😊 last Saturday. 😋 My boys and Husband ate it all.

Very friendly and informative associates when I went inside and I even tried their pickup system this time! It was very fast! I had my order brought to my car within 5 minutes of notification!

We like most of the Members Mark items. They seem to be of better quality that the name-brand items. Todays shopping experience was good. Store was well stocked and clean. The store is rearranging and that causes some inconvenience, but I think the new layout makes more sense. Couldnt get Scan and Go to work but checkout was quick and easy.

Typical Sams Club, great products and prices.Usually busy, especially on the weekends.

Always have what I need! Especially if I dont want to grocery shop for a while they carry bulk:)

Wasnt to bad. Business as usual. Some people wearing masks others not. No big deal. Pretty much everything in stock that I was looking for. Friendly staff 🙂

What can I say its Sams they show instant savings items . When you go to pay all the items were full price. Asked the attendant they said their system been down and its not discounting any items. Maybe it will be up by tomorrow and you can ask for a refund but no one knows how long its gonna be. My wife told them they might need a sign at the entrance to let people know . She said they wont let them do it . Guess they just want to screw people on the down low.

Theyve discontinued a lot of popular items, and the length checkout lines are ridiculous. The associates on the floor are not knowledgeable about whats in stock, and half the food items in meat are either empty or in the wrong place.

What can I say, its Sams. But with their scan and go on your phone, I can walk in, do my shopping, and check out in under 10 minutes. If you are standing in line to check out, its time to come into the 21st century.

They always have what I need in stock and I can buy in bulk which is nice since I have a large family with teenage boys and the employees there in the meat department are always helpful and and get what I need. Thanks again sams .

I was looking for dried Mangoes. They always have them. I called in because I could not purchase them on the app and questioned their current availability. I was placed on hold for 20 mins on to get hung up on. So I decided to show up and look for myself. I arrived at the usual stock placement to find there was no longer a spot there. I asked an employee to help only to immediately be told they are seasonal (BS) and no longer carried. I was not satisfied with the answer and eventually found the pallet ready to be displayed above 4 isles away. I found a new employee who I told about the incident only to have it shrugged off and told me it will be a while because all the help is stocking water. 30 mins pass and I finally lashed out only to get a fake apology. Long story short, what usually takes less than 4 in the store was stretched to a 40 min excursion. Im usually a patient person but when the staff cant be empathetic about being at fault, I draw the line.

This location is clean, organized and efficient. I appreciate the convenience of using my phone to Scan & Go and I can even use it at the gas pump.

Its a one trip store with great values and helpful associates

I use the scan & go and love it! Make shopping so easy. And I can browse or just go in for what I want and leave. The only line I stand in is the one to leave the store. Definitely makes the busy shopping seasons or days easy.

I love shopping there in store because they always have one time only items that you dont see online. I also have the scanner app which I have had for over two years and its awesome to use.

We went there to get the stuff we really needed but of course we shopped for other thing we needed.

Love Sams Club... I love the fact if you have food stamps?, they take them so you get bigger bulk for less than walmart...the only thing is no bags

Sams club is great but you need to pay attention to whats your Buying and because Buying large Quantitys adds up fastThe pharmacy is Great they usually be my insurance medication cost on about half of my medications its cheaper to buy them with the sams plus card

Today is. Still construction day at Sams! You get used to where everything is and then go and change it!

They are running low or out of some items. For example, they have trouble keeping can dog food in stock. They are also out of Queen size sheets. And they finally opened the tire shop again. I had to buy a car battery at another store.Walmart next door is having the same issue. Shelves are not fully stocked.

Whatever you do dont order cupcakes from them, they wont be ready and youll have to wait 45 minutes for them. Plus no one speaks English here so thats fun!

Just love how you can get more for your money.

The lady on the receiving just ignore to me because she flirting with the Coca Cola driver and she don’t let anybody know about was on the door and after 2 hours I ask other guy and the. Start to unloadBecause that lady no was on her place and nobody know nothingShe is bad workerAnd when tried to ask her something when finally is on her place a till ignore me

Horrible customer service horrible management. Lazy assistant managers and leads. I have to drive a hour away for Sams and these guys are MVP for inconsistency. I drive to midland now because these guys refuse to be helpful. So now I drive hour and half!!! They need to focus of work and lay off the French fries and pizza they all built like Buffalo.

Ive always liked Sams but its gotten annoying that they have to scan your receipt and half of your items before you can leave. If you scan your own items and then have half of them scanned all over again then Sams might as well get rid of the self service isle.

Saturday the busiest day of the week. Sams Club has half the pumps shut off. And on top of that why are the pumps not on 24 hours a day? I paid membership I can go to any other place and get fuel 24 hours a day except for the place I pay for a membership.!

Way over the top with the covid bull. Items not stocked and several lanes shut down to move inventory down from top. Not ran as smooth as most I have been in.

We had a great experience at Sams. They were out of paper towels though. But that is everywhere. So, not really a fault of the business.

I wasnt able to use the scan app, but thankfully the self checkout went pretty quickly.

Store is not restocking everyday items. Like WATER.......some things we get over and over is not in the stock...if you ask they will just say the truck didnt have any.. Very strange WalMart next door has the items.

I love that I can order online and just pick my groceries up.

They have the shop and go app that makes it painless for a few items, or more. No alcohol though. We love this store, if you are a business the early hours are awesome, coffee waiting for you at door. The pick up of an online order could be a little faster but it was okay. Scan and go is quicker for me though. Peak hours are always busy but to be expected I still usually get in and out pretty quickly. Store is always clean. Everyone is very nice and helpful if needed.

As soon as you’re done skip the ling checkout lanes, pay on your app, and walk to the exit! A QR Code will pop up on your screen. Show that to the employee at the exit, they will scan it, and off you go!!! Such a convenience!!

I really cant stand Walmart or Sams. Can not wait for Costco to open up in Midland, it will be worth the 30 minute drive not to deal with these people.

I visited my local Sams club in Odessa, Texas... I was WOW-ed by the customer service - literately by every employee that I encountered. Especially Sylvia - she truly treated me like I was a premier customer! She went above and beyond to make my shopping experience just perfect. All employers need better customer service employees like Sylvia.

The way they never have any one photo is very irresponsible of the company. Everyone has to work the whole store.. But there are special depts that require training and safety... Would you ask the door greeter to install tires...or work the meat cutter... So why is photo any less important

Although incredibly packed(superbowl weekend), they had plenty of staff moving around and were well coordinated helping customers move to open checkout lanes.Poor ladies in overtime giving samples and constantly prepping for the next tray of their featured. product.I figured I would plan to stay extra due to the influx of customers, but i was out in a jiffy. People! Be not afraid to use or ask if that certain self checkout unit is available. Keep it moving.

Rude lazy cashiers, wouldnt let me cash out with a cashier, had to use self check out and when leaving she didnt check any other customers but ours which Im guessing cause we were Hispanic. Will not be returning.
