Worst place to rent from, booked a box truck 2 weeks prior only to get there for the sales lady to tell me she can’t manufacture a box truck, such insult. Take your business elsewhere before you are sorry. I will give them -5 star

Abby always makes sure that I have a vehicle that is clean and reliable. Her customer service is above and beyond.

This place is a joke. The staff is rude. I made a reservation over the phone and the customer service was extremely nice and helpful in answering all my questions of what I had to have to rent a truck and when I arrived the lady was short and rude and basically told me I couldn’t rent their. I will not drop this and will go up the ladder to let someone know their staff at this location is unacceptable.

They always change things. There policies are not good. Aron does not know what kind of insurance has to e used there trucks are trashed and Brett Boles will tell you anything..Not a good idea to use these guysI drove from Odessa Texas to Austin TX. to get a truck and was not able to get anything..😤😤😡
