April was great! The entire staff is great. I have talked to other Big Tex locations, but this group had the best customer service and professionalism.

Broke down, from out of state. And Angel and his team got us back on the road fast. Took care of axel and trailer repairs, AWESOME experience highly recommended.

Got prices on the phone. We got comparison prices a several places locally and BigTex won hands down and we were able to drive off same day. Awesome sales crew and beautiful office.

We had a trailer axle overheat and bend leaving us stranded on a cross country haul. The brakes were grabbing and locking on. We called theBig Tex and they got us in right away and felt sorry for our plight. Both managers and the mechanic were so nice and christian acting (Angelwas the name of one of the managers.....no kidding) that we weresure we were at a special place. They replaced the axle pin, replaced the drum and brakes in one day and did it $300 cheaper than the guy inCalifornia who did the same thing a week earlier. I would give these guys 10 stars if I could. Great people, competant and compassionate!!!!!!

Parts guy did an awesome job finding parts the guys in the back brought half the parts then i told them took them another 30 min to find the rest of the parts and bring them to the front then he just brings them dnt say a word and leaves bad communication

Perfect place to buy a trailer got a good deal on mine I was helped by April Dominguez so if y’all need anything holler at April Dominguez at big Tex trailer she’s the best.

If I could give this company a negative five star review I would. I contacted this company to have a fifth wheel hitch installed on my Toyota Tundra. They told us they had the parts and could do it. Just bring it down on Monday morning. We drove 13hrs from Colorado to get down here to have the job done. So we drop the truck off 9am Monday morning. I don’t hear back from them all day. I call at 4pm an hour before close and they haven’t even started on it. I ask why they say that some special person has to write the invoice or something. Told us they would start on it the next morning when the special guy would be there to write the invoice. Keep in mind there is like 6 employees in the service department offfice. The store manager Samuel told us they would call us when the had in the bay to be worked on. Never got a call so we called them at 9an hour after they opened. They still hadn’t started on it. This time we got to talk to the “special” guy Alanazo or something like that. He said they had the parts but won’t do the job. So I just picked up my truck and now I’m going to a place in midland called rhino linings and accessories in midland. They guy had the parts and knows exactly what to do and can get us in right away. BIG TEX TRAILERS HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SEVICE OF ANY COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH!!! Do yourself a favor go somewhere else. I wont even buy a trailer from them now. I would choose a different brand.

Bought a 16’ tilt from Michael B. The whole experience was exceptional. Very knowledgeable, professional and had a quote in less than 15 minutes. Picked the trailer up the same day. There was an issue with the brakes, but they pulled us into the shop and immediately got to work taking care of the problem. Definitely ask for Michael the next time you need a trailer.

We needed a trailer for our store and ALEX ended up being our salesman. I couldn’t have asked for a better blessing. Alex had so much patience. He knew his products in and out and was able to take me straight to the exact trailer I needed.The trailer had some slight cosmetic issues that needed to be addressed. Alex and his team not only corrected the minor issues but when I couldn’t make it back prior to closing Alex met me at the store at 10:30pm which was well after operating hours.It was extremely cold and raining when Alex drove from the West side of Odessa to ensure I could have the trailer for work the next day since the store wouldn’t be open prior to me needing it.Alex made sure the trailer was hooked up properly and thanked me once again for our business. He stood in the cold and rain with a huge smile and a warm greeting as if it was the middle of the day.The type of customer service Alex gave surpassed anything I could have expected from Big Tex. Good experience when I met with a salesman. Tried to call up there to get info a few days later. Was hard to get a hold if anyone for two days. Told they are shorthanded right now. That is only complaint.

Our OHS Golf team was in need of a utility trailer, so we reached out to Big Tex. Joel was patient enough to work with me and figure out what we needed at a fair price. Which is difficult to find nowadays. Once we purchased the trailer, I gave them the wrong information regarding the registration forms, but no worries; Janetta and Joel were kind enough to request the information, not just once but twice. I felt so bad asking them to redo and change information but not once did they make me feel bad about it; they simply helped until we were good. No one seems to have knowledge about the trailers or the parts. Its crazy because the same issues are at the trailer place in Georgetown trailer place. Rented a trailer from them while they make repairs on mine and I got stopped because of no trailer plates something they should have been aware of from the jump. However this has been one of the worst experiences ever from a trailer company. Makes me think you dont have to have any knowledge or experience to work there. Very interesting!

I put in an email request about a trailer and had a response in minutes. Alex was great to work with and we got the sale completed in about an hour, and it only took that long because lunch was in the middle and I told him to go have lunch, I can wait. Super friendly and easy to work with.

Purchased trailer of good quality. Sale went very well. Dont expect any assistance after purchase. Once they have your money their assistance is over.

Sent my son to get a trailer for us. Had a deal with Westin Trailers in Sweetwater but got tired of being told “it will be in tomorrow” he contacted Big Tex Odessa and got a deal right away and made a deal comparable to Westin. Alex did a great job with helping my son get us a trailer fast and ready to go drive off when he arrived to complete the sale. Great service.

We were driving our 5 th wheel from Phx to Maryland due to my mom entering hospice .We discovered we had an axle issue in Las Cruses but couldn’t get it fixed there. We were referred by a friend to go to big Tex trailers for help. We called and Wade spoke to us. Wade took time to look at it and washelpful in identifying the axle problem. He locating the part and referred us to a mechanic who could repair it the next day. Wade was friendly., Professional and went the extra mile to help us out He deserves 20 stars The office area was clean and had clear guidelines on number of people allowed in store with COVID guidelines. If we p again we would diffidently call for assistance

I called 4 times this morning about a part. I kept being sent to voicemail. I have been in there a few times and there will be 10 employees standing around. The wait time is terrible with them having so many employees. I called Nationwide and they were very quick to help. With this I will never buy parts from Big Tex again.

Ive bought two trailers from BTT in Odessa and have continued to be impressed by the courtesy, service and genuine drive to want to help meet the clients needs. The quality of the craftsmanship is wonderful and continues to hold up in the various conditions we send our trailers into. Ill continue to utilize them for my trailer needs.

Really need to update hours because they definitely not open till 1:00 on Saturday. Got here right before 12:00 and they were closed. Really disappointing when someone needs a part and they are suppose to be open and they are not.

We just waited 30 minutes with no help. First we were told hed be back in a minute. Then he showed up said Ill be right with you. 20 minutes later 3 men in that office chit chatting. We left and will spend our company money elsewhere.

Short wait they were very busy. The folks at the counter were efficient and friendly, so the wait wasnt too long. They had just what I needed. Great business.

Wade is very friendly and his knowledge is out of this world.

Seems as though nobody in the parts department knows anything about anything. Even once they finally get your parts . They then have to wait for the ticket to be released to go to the parts pickers in the back. Then you have to wait for the ticket to be released to the cashier. Then shell get to you when its convenient for her. Always takes at least 2 hours to get parts there.

Wade in service knows his stuff. He is busy but always manages to make time to help you out

Not very helpful - looooong wait just to ask someone about parts. They DO NOT carry ONAN Generator parts.

You get an automated answering system and then when you enter the department you would like no one answers. They should a live person answering there phones. Its call first impression. Well my first impression is there to Big for me and expensive too.

Great place to get parts,but if youre in a big rush, order in advance. Between the computer crashing and sales people walking away from you in mid order.

I would steer clear of these guys. It took them two months to repair a bearing on my boat trailer. Got told different stories every time I called. Very poor communication. Then they gouge my eyes out on repair cost. Very unhappy with their service and will never ever go there again. Im not even sure how they stay in business with that kind of service.
