I had a horrible morning I had an accident on the ice and then had to go to Dialysis then when I came out I had a flat . I was stressed and hurting from the accident and called my insurance and an icon truck showed up. I was expecting rude because that what I had gotten before from OTHER companies. But what I got was Mr William, he was superb and polite, he went above and beyond to help me. He is a wonderful representative for your company. I thank him very much and please tell him that he made my day better than it started. Thank you

They cheated me for storage...would not let me pick my car. That would have saved money

What tow company only has 1 driver active?

This company did $3452 worth of damage to the back of my car and did nothing.

Very unprofessional. We waited 3 hours in a dangerous area with promise after promise their driver was almost there. Very expensive for such poor quality of service. Places like this should not be in business. You should do your homework before dialing their number. You WILL be disappointed!

Sam was very kind and helpful throughout the whole process after our truck was towed to their facility due to an accident while waiting for insurance/repair. Anytime I called to ask questions, he always answered. As for their place of business, it is enclosed with a high fence and security cameras so our truck was in good hands. Thank you Icon.

The driver shows up tries to turn on the vehicle it doesnt start a(reason hefor the tow🤦) tells me he cant tow the vehicle. That he is going to have dispatch call me back in a few hours to set up a different tow vehicle. I called the dispatch to speed up the process. The manager then proceeded to tell me that he didnt want my business and for me to call a different tow company because I was telling him how to do his job.

Unfortunately the tow company was not very good. They were rude, unprofessional, and not truthful in how they dealt with us. Constant feeling of being passed off from one person to another while being informed that truck was in route and 10 mins out. But when called 1hr later told same thing repeatedly. At one point the insurance company informed me that they said they tried calling me and could not reach me, not true because never recieved a call from them. Only to have them repeat they were 15 mins away. We were sitting by the entrance while saying that they could not locate us.We are thankful we were in a safe environment because if we had been stranded else where things may not have fared well. Highly disappointed in their service would NEVER use them again. I would not recommend them to anyone else.

Wow, had to wait over an hour for a certain person to get their yard to get our vehicle after an accident. Then to find out they require an hour notice to handle that, but then after waiting, we are told they only accept cash for towing and storage fees! We asked for total including delivery to our location and then had to go to bank for cash and come back. Next day, they decided it was going to be an extra $225! Got a different story, different time, different procedure and different price each time we talked with them. Save yourself alot of headache and call Crash-Masters.

These people lied to me and they helped someone take advantage of a business and cost the business money after the person they were helping lied to sheriff deputy when icon eas asked about why they got involved they got rude and hung up they are dealing with a crook and covering for him they dont care about the public

Absolutely incompetent. I waited nearly two hours for them to unlock my car just to have to call them for a status update where they inform me that they have to cancel the request because I own a Corvette and there is no door frame. Why couldnt they have informed me that theyd be unable to help me almost 2 hours ago when the request was submitted.

Snakes, be careful. While retrieving my car from my garage on their flatbed tow truck, the driver forgot to strap the rear tire therefore the vehicle rolled into the front partition of the flatbed, damaging my bumper and grill. I got a repair quote and sent it to the owner as they requested. A couple of days later an investigator from the road side assistance company called. He said Icon towing denied the incident. The strange thing is the investigated said he had both of my quotes. I told him I only secured one quote for repair. Come to find out, the second quote was significantly less than the quote I actually received. This told me that Icon towing tried to submit a quote on my behalf. My claim only got settled because I threatened to make a police report for damage to property and than go to Subaru Corporation and file a complaint against their contracted roadside assistance company. Again, word to the wise these guys at Icon Towing in Odesaa, TX are snakes and if you use their services you will get bit. Good Luck

By far the worst experience one could ever have with a roadside assistance company. Gave me a 90 minute timeline, as that given time ran over to 2 hours I gave them a call. They then informed me that they were working on other services calls along their way to me. So..... They gave me another time line, 45 minutes. An hour passed no call, no one would answer my phone calls. Wait a little longer received a call. The driver said he was on his way to me 20 minutes away.... another hour passed by nothing. All in 5 hours 3.5 of those wasted on hopes that they would tell me they either could not get to me or that They were actually close. Whoever was on call, or was running the show tonight is a joke.

I called Progressive insurance and this company was assigned to come and help me fix my flat tire. I called them to check the status of them coming to my aid. I was told they couldn’t come because they had a vehicle disabled. Seams to me like they need a tow themselves. 🙄🙄

Absolutely awful! They claimed they didn’t know what time the roadside assistance company had set up our tow for so it was going to be after 12 instead of the 9:30 I had requested. Since I had errands to run, I couldn’t sit around and wait for them so I rescheduled for 3:30. I hurried through my errands and came back to be here when they showed up. We called at 3:45 only to be told the driver was still an hour away due to some other excuse. Then when he was supposed to be here, we were told he was still 25 minutes out. We needed them to get the car to the Nissan dealership so that we could get a loaner. Now we’re stuck without a car for even longer thanks to these horrible people and their terrible business. Their business practice is sketchy!

My insurance hire them for town my car and after 2 hours waiting they said that I have to wait another 45 minutes; the worst service I ever have

My roadside assistance called them to come change a tire waited 4 hrs my uncle ended up showing up and changing it for me so if you need roadside assistance call someone else or keep the stuff you need in your car and do it yourself cause they will waste your day

Worst towing company ever in Odessa. I waited 3 hours for the tow truck. It only had to travel travel 20 miles to my destination. They tried to blame the insurance that they got the incorrect directions. Seems like these guys need towing themselves.

They saved my life. I am not from the area and I did not know where to go, but Driver was very patient with me and to understanding.

Customer service is lackluster, no sense of urgency, over half an hour late after being quoted a 90 minute wait time. Ive missed an important appointment, so thanks guys.

Was the only AAA affiliate in the area, but they never showed up or called. Even after AAA got on the phone with them. Do not use them. They are VERY unprofessional
