I dropped off my tax documents and have not heard from them since then. Its been about 2 weeks and I have called about 15 times, all with no answer. They picked up the phone once but didnt say anything than hung up.

John has been doing my taxes for several yrs now. Very professional...friendly & knowledgeable. Very happy with his service. I recommend him to everyone I know.

John is inaccessible once he does your taxes. Alls well as long as IRS has questions. Then his mom screens calls and you cannot get ahold ofhim. He does not do what he says hes gonna do. Puts up a good front but its fake. Stay away. Do your own taxes!

Cant say enough about how Mr Polanco helped us. I will definitely share his name with everyone I know looking for tax help. Honest guy and friendly inviting faces.
