Rude dispatcher when you request a certain person either send that person or call and ask if someone else will do. Driver they sent drove like bat out of hell van needs to be replaced shakes and rattles never have I had a cab company not honor request for a driver before today will never use them again

I would give 0 stars if I could. I was nearly wrecked into this morning by one of these taxis in Lubbock. They illegally crossed into my lane while turning at a intersection without indication that they wanted to move over. These terrible drivers need to stay off the roads and learn how to drive before calling themselves a taxi company.

Rude operator every time I call she says its 40min wait to an 1hr and I wait patiently every time because I work 2 jobs and Im tired, so when the time has already pass I call to check up on my ride she tells me he dropping someone off in the same town Im in but instead of getting me next she says he is going to the next town first and that its a longer time which turns into her never sending me a taxi, this has already happened more than 5 times and Im just trying to get home because Im just tired from working 15 hrs a day then having to walk 4 Mikes more just to get home ..

My girl left her glasses in the car and they lied and said they checked within a span of 2 mins this taxi service is sad and I will be talking to a laywer to see if I can get yall shut down with all these reviews it should be possible

The dispatcher has an attitude repeated address 3 times she still didnt hear me so repeated it again then asked if she heard me that time she got attitude and hung up

My experience with this taxi cab service was very unprofessional when it came to the dispatcher answering the phones on 5/31/20 in the am. Lets just say I myself know I am not perfect and honestly woke up late, so i didnt cancel until my phone rang and I called her right away. So excuse me that you apprarently dont like your job that you would ask a paying customer to never call midessa again! Your wish is my command lady!!Thank againI tipped a night driver $100 bucks just the other night.Also I was asked for a deposit of $20 another night to wait outside of where I was at and never received it back!Yall have a wonderful day and people try to find a politer place to call unless you would like to be put in awful mood.

I wish I could leave 5stars and tell you how a story about how Sofie @ Midessa saved the day. I wish I could tell you how the fast response to a distress call from a family stranded in 99 degree summer heat on a country road in the middle of no where were rescued. I wish I could describe my experience as one everyone could be proud of. But I cant say that because the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and disregard for humanity from Sofie @ Midessa are all I can share with you.A family (mom, grandma, and two children) broke down 10miles north of Stanton on HWY137 on their way to Carlsbad, NM, Sunday afternoon. In suffocating heat, with very little water, and dying cell phones they called me for help. Being four hours away, I went online and planned a rescue. The nearest city with rental cars was Midland, TX, forty miles away. I contacted all 13 listed transportation services there. The only one with availability and a van was Midessa.At first, Sofie was helpful and was able to setup the ride. I prepaid with my credit card over the phone and asked how long before the driver would be there. She informed me that they had to swap vehicles and would arrive in 1hr to 1:20.After fifty minutes, I called to get an update and was informed the driver is on the way with no ETA available. That was the last time my calls were answered for another hour and thirty minutes. I called eight times but they did not pick up. The family is practically dying in the heat without a/c and starting to feel hopeless without communication from the only ride out of hell. Finally, my ninth call was answered over 2.5hrs after they were hired. Sofie informed me the driver is 10minutes away.On the drive, the driver, Bobbie, told the family that she would have arrived on time if she had not been called back to do another ride in Odessa before heading back to save the family. Apparently, a trucking account took precedent over a family in an emergency!I would be less upset if Sofie, or Bobbie, had kept us informed and communicated about their agriedgious delay. Still, they should feel ashamed for putting a familys life at risk on the side of a highway to make an extra buck. I hope in the future, they learn to communicate effectively and make better decisions. There are numerous other reviews on Google with the same complaint, clearly this is their common practice. I am very disappointed.

The last time I tried to use this service was unbelievable 1st that cab never turns up made me very late 2nd time the guy tries to shake me down for cash only telling me the machine not working and then the cab stunk oh my God this taxi services of disaster go a Uber or lift at least they clean and friendly

This is one of the WORST company you should hire. Pay more with UBER.keep promising about the time and no show.waited almost 2 hours when they said 35 mins.Passengers have very limited choice in this city. And the owner is taking advantage of the situation. VERY BAD.DID not mean to give one star. lolThere is no option for negative stars.

Heard a lot of stories but nothing that was written could not possibly be possible, the driver was professional and dispatcher very friendly I was on time to my appointment they only took about 10 minutes to get to me. Very happy customer!

Called the night before needing a ride to the airport for a 5am flight.Called in the morning a few minutes before the agreed time, just to make sure. No answer after repeated calls to them.I wound up driving myself. Woman finally called me back as I was driving to the airport and admitted said something went wrong with the time. Said taxi was on the way, then said she would send a taxi. Too late to make my flight.NEVER CALLING THEM AGAIN !

I been using their service for a few weeks and I have tried and tried to over look the small things but the fact is this is the worst taxi service ever. Only person I dont have any issue with is my driver. The dispatchers are rude & careless, the exact opposite of any customer service!! Specifically Brittney who has told me a taxi was coming for hours more than once just for them to NEVER show at all. This has affected my job where I have to consistently explain my taxi didnt show.. 5 👎👎👎👎👎 Would never recommend them to anyone!!!

I am legally blind and cannot drive so if it is after 6pm when the busses stop running. I am forced to rely on taxis. I called them and an hour plus later no taxi tried to call the dispatch multiple times and they did not answer so I was forced to call a friend and beg for help the taxi never showed up. I called the taxi at 8pm once my friend had picked me up the dispatch finally called back asking did I still need a taxi. I told them I was forced to make other arrangements.

Awful!!!! My husband had been dealing with airports for 10 hours today because of 2 delayed flights. I called this company 2 hours prior to him landing in Odessa to have a taxi scheduled to be there since it would be late when he arrived. The dispatcher assured me there would still be more than plenty of taxis there and wouldn’t schedule one! He gets there and guess what...NO TAXI!!! Called this company again and all she could say was he would have a 45 minute wait!!!! I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone!

I needed a ride to the airport, I believe his name was Samson picked me up he was very nice and courteous he got me there in plenty of time, if only American airlines had someone like him the day wouldnt have been to bad. Thumbs up for him and Midessa Taxi.

The woman who answers the calls for this taxi company was absolutely disrespectful asking me crude questions like Am I high? when I reverified with her my destination after an hour long wait. She was not helpful at all and was annoyed when I asked her questions that required her to work. I wont ever use this taxi company as long as shes disrespecting clients. The worst customer service ever. They take over an hour to get to you. The driver would not even go to blocks out of his way even though we are the customer and we are the ones paying him not the other way around. They act like they are doing us a favor.

Just waited an hour and half for a taxi at the airport. Called dispatch twice and each time was told it would be 10 minutes until a driver was there. Got hung up on each time by the dispatcher. Very rude and had to end up calling someone to come pick us up.
