I went to go get a Brazilian wax it was not my first time but this time it really hurt I got Erica and I feel like she was not gentle I was hurting for like 3 days and she didn’t get all the hairs. Also I feel like I got a lot of ingrown this time and before I wouldn’t I was really disappointed this time with the results I wouldn’t go back to her!!!

Adriana and Erica are the two wax professionals I use, they’re both very gentle and friendly!! They do a thorough job! I would recommend either one of them to any of my friends!!

I walked in with 2 minutes to spare which is not like me but I drive from out of town and got held up. After the girl at the front desk helped 2 other people, she looked at me and said I was too late and now would be bumped. It was exactly 10 minutes after at that point. 10 minutes is the policy but I stood there while she helped other people for 3 minutes. Whatever. So rude.

I’m so glad I don’t have to drive to midland anymore since my waxer moved to the Odessa wax center. I’ve been going with her for 2 years and you could NEVA catch me going to someone else. First time getting legs waxed and was NOT told about care afterwards when the hair grows back. My legs look like I have some type of disease and they HURT!!

Really great place I’ve been coming here for years. Although I get a different waxed every time all of them have been professional and there is a clear standard of procedure which they follow. Really clean place and they are very nice and answer any questions you have. Definitely recommend!

So I usually go here to get my Brazilian done because its one of the cheapest in town. But every time I go there is always hair and wax left behind! I just got done getting one today roughly an hour or so ago and every time I sat down or got up I felt that there was still wax between my bum pulling! This happens every time and then I have to pull it out myself, which by the way.... hurts.To top it off theres also hair they missed. So why am I paying someone else to do this when I could leave wax and hair behind myself and do a horrible job? And now you guys have the reason behind why I never leave a tip..

I just moved back from Fort Worth and I hated leaving my eyebrow girl. I’m extremely picky about my brows! I went to Emma today and she did an amazing job. Not only did she get my eyebrows looking right, but she was really nice and informative. The receptionist Alex was also great. She was very informative and attentive. I definitely recommend. I had a great experience the first time. The staff was friendly. This was also my first time getting my underarms waxed. Olivia explained the steps to me and she continued a conversation with me throughout the process which helped me keep my mind off of the waxing. They also provided me with information about their skin care products, but never tried selling or pressured me to buy the products. Instead, they sent me home with samples to let me choose for myself whether or not I liked it compared to others found in retail stores.HOWEVER, the second time (today) was unsatisfactory. I guess thats why the first wax is free...they reel you in thinking that the second time is going to turn out just the same. I even bought 2 products (which I love) but I wont be going back. Im not going to spend $80+ just to have to come home and find out that they missed and shave. Posting pic.So disappointed.

I was severely burned by the waxer by the name CeCe. Not only that, but she did not listen to my very detailed expressions of how sensitive my skin is. She continued to put the serum on my eyebrows after waxing them, despite me telling her no before. The receptionist handled it very well, but I will NOT ever allow CeCe to burn my like this again.

I have been getting waxed at European Wax Center for 4 years. I started out at the center in Midland and have been coming to the Odessa center for 2 years now. The last 4 appointments I have been to I have had to wait at least 15-20 minutes for a 5 minute wax. I am a patient person, but there is no point in making an appointment if I cant be seen on time. Also there is a policy of your service being canceled if you are 10 minutes late so Im not really sure how it can pile up this far of a wait. I will be finding a new waxing business if the next appointment is not prompt.

I’ve tried several techs at the Odessa location, & hated the end result each time. I finally found a trusted waxer (Lisa), but sadly she has now left the company. I tried a new tech a few weeks ago, and she completely messed up my Brazilian so I’ll be trying my luck at the Midland location. I can say, the place is clean & the receptionists are always friendly.

Had my first wax 2 weeks ago, and these ladies were knowledgeable and super friendly. Great first time experience and will definitely be going back regularly. The process was as comfortable as it could be and my waxer was willing to work at my lace. Highly recommend!

Julia does her job REALLY good. Got every bit of hair and she wax’s fast so it doesn’t hurt as bad and applies the pressure needed in the fleshly waxed area so it doesn’t really Hurt. She knows how to do her job.

Olivia is the person I have been using since I moved to the Odessa location. She is great. No one has been so attentive, helpful and friendly and I have recommended to my family and friends for months. They have also told me how amazing she is. She is my go to waxer!!! :)

Olivia is amazing! Im sure all the ladies working there are, but my experience getting waxed with Olivia is a game changer. Ill definitely be returning and seeing her for the rest of my time in Odessa!

I’ve been put on a six month penalty for no call no show. This is after I paid hundreds of dollars for services. The only reason it was no call was because their answering service line never picked up each of the times I called. In fact this morning they never picked up after 7min. Before you sign up for services and pay money be sure you read their unrealistic policies. It’s non refundable. I just wasted $400 on services I can’t even get. Please don’t invest your money at a place that crucifies you for something small and that wasn’t even your fault.

I really had a great experience here. My waxer Dulce was very nice and explained everything that was going to be done and kept conversation with me through out the whole process. I would recommend to anyone.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable of all that European has to offer. The waxer was nice, polite, talkative and explained all the procedures and informative of all the products.

I dont know why this location is struggling so bad to keep waxers. I moved here a year ago and have already had 5 different waxers. One left within a couple months, they put me with a girl who was horrible so I switched, found a lady I loved but then after a couple months she left the company, so I switched, and was just told on my last visit that after two months she is leaving the company too! So now I have to try someone else for my next eyebrow wax. It is incredibly frustrating because you try and build a bond with your estheticians so they know exactly what you like and what you want. Im getting so fed up with the lack of consistency and uncertainty that I might have to try another location that has a better retention reputation. Please do something to get your employees to stay!

I have been going here ever since they opened. And seems like every visit just kepts getting worse. Today I had an eyebrow wax and the lady doing them cut my eyelid with freaking scissors. And then she had the nerve to blame me for the reason she cut me and didn’t even apologize. At the end of my appointment she started marking up my face with a highlighter pen which was the first time that had ever happened,which was very weird. Never ever going back there

The ladies at the front desk were very informative and polite both times I’ve been in! Although this is not my first experience with waxing, I learned some new things that I did not know before going into EWC. During the wax, I felt very relaxed and comfortable and like I was in good hands. I will go back again and again!

Excelent service with the waxer I went with. Everyone has their favorite. Some are rushing things to finish fast some take their time and make you comfortable. I like it.

Id been going to the Midland location for a couple of years. There were a couple of hiccups there during that time but for the most part I was satisfied. The Odessa location is terrible though in terms of customer service. A bunch of corporate robots. Seriously, common sense is thrown out for the drilled answer of corporate wants us to do it this way. Then today I came in 15 minutes early for my appointment. Usually if Im there early they check me in so if the waxer isnt busy she can take me in. But not today. After 10 minutes I asked the receptionist if she checked me in and she said yes but cant page the waxer until the exact appointment time. A few minutes later her coworker asks why she hasnt checked me in yet and her response is oh, I thought I did. This, after I clearly asked her if she checked me in. If I hadnt moved to Odesa Id never continue coming to this location. Midlands EWR is significantly better. As someone who gets waxed every 2 weeks these things matter to me. But if you only come occasionally, then sure the waxing itself is decent and you might be okay with what you receive here.
