Its unfortunate that they do not provide more at home services location, but their office provided good customer service and timely repair.

I got my window replaced months ago and have had to take it back to safelite 7-8 times now because it has yet to be done correctly. The trim around the window keeps coming off which was never an issue before. You can’t get ahold of an actual person at the local shop or corporate. Every couple of weeks when I show up at the shop to get it fixed there are all new employees and management. A complete mess!!!

I felt like every technician and employee cared about what they did and they were all so polite, professional, and transparent. I had a tight schedule with an airport drop off and they were great about acknowledging it and getting me out with time to spare!

Took the day off to get my windshield replaced. They are running 3 hours behind and will take 1-2 hours to complete the work, after waiting the extra 3 hours. If you can’t keep up then don’t schedule so much work!!

Excellent service! They worked me into their already busy schedule, and got me in and out really fast. Dante was my technician. He was polite, professional, and answered all my questions. He filled a large rock chip that I was unsure could be fixed. Thanks to Dante for taking care of me.

The service was great, they did a great job on my vehicle. The location of the business is horrible. Parking is tight and the guys had so much work come in in the 2 hours I was there. I hope they can get a better location.

Great service, accommodating online scheduling including cancellations if needed. Unable to take advantage of the mobile service due to COVID, however, their location was suitable and just as efficient.

Good service at first, gave them a check but this what happened. Not very good! Well I get over there from my town, 70 miles away. Very small waiting room too. It was leaking air from the top, thx goodness it was tapped. But I did call that evening when home, next day made calls. So as today got a response and rescheduled to put the correct one in, plus the one that in there now is leaking air out badly. At least they’re fixing it. The one I really needed had heat in it.. it runs my heat in my window blades. Yup Toyota Most have a heating elements in r front window. Idk 🤷🏼‍♀️ till now about it, and was going to effect it. So definitely check r dealership with the information and give vin number. That lady from scheduling oh wow u got those in r windshield wipers. Oh yeah that a standard and yeah it will effect u using them etc. But that wasn’t my main concern it was the leaking. The more I drive the worse it got. Especially at high speed. But at least they are fixing it and I don’t have to pay the difference thankfully! I ask but they said no. As homes would say, “ make it right”. I agree! Thx u!

I had an appointment for 06/15/2020 @ 3:00 to replace the windshield on my 2019 Subaru Outback. I scheduled the appointment on 06/01/2020. They had plenty of time to get my windshield. When I arrived today at the appropriate time, I was told that they received my windshield on Friday but sent it back on the same day. They allowed me to reschedule for another 2 weeks. Will likely experience the same result. At the very least they could have called and told me before the appointment.

Great service

Took my truck in to replace the windshield and both front windows.. They were over 30 minutes late to an appointment scheduled at their facility. When the appointment was finished, they had black sealant left on both of my doors, my passenger seat, and my dashboard. There were handprints all over the windshield inside and out as well as adhesive stuck to the drivers side window. Windows were in the truck, but not what Id call a professional job.

Tried to find out how much for a windshield and nobody would answer the phone. They are not taking calls they want you to do everything online. Poor customer service. I guess they don’t want my business?
