They wont pick up trash for a month and they put all kind of excuses and still charge for a service they dont provide.

This is the best service in West Texas. They are always on time, they never miss a day and if you need your bin moved just let them know and they will take care of it right away. They take care of their bins. Mine has been repainted and it looks new. Love the customer service too. Very friendly staff. I recommend them to anyone.

I have been a customer with Basin Disposal for 10yrs this company doesnt over charge.I love that when i have a question i call the office and the ladys answer all my question they are very nice and helpfull my dumpster schedule to be picked up is every Thursday and never fells by 6 a.m. they come and pick it up thank you Basin Disposal for being such a great company any one needs a dumpster highly recommend them.

This is the rudest group of people Ive ever encountered. I called to get a price for some containers for our RV park and the lady that answered kept telling me she couldnt understand me and passed me on to another employee and finally to the owner who accused me of being someone else and owing them money. I tried explaining to her that Ive never had an account with them but all she kept saying was that I would hear from her lawyers. Ive never done business with this company before, but after this completely unprofessional interaction, Ill never do business with them period. I always wonder how businesses that treat people this way stay in business, and from the looks of the other reviews on here, Im not the only person theyve treated rudely.

Ladies are rude. I paid my bill online since I had a dumpster with them. Last year they started having problems with paying online and would constantly tell me it will be this month or that for it to be back up. Still isnt working but, the ladies always waved fee until today the girl says well the charge would be $6.00 but, the owner waves $3.00 that should be good enough because the charge could be $25.00. No problem yall can come pick your dumpster up. When I called her back to come get her dumpster she says we can make a note to wave all charges too late. She caused the owner a customer whom had been with Basin for a long time!! Good job with that customer service.Remember its difficult to gain a customer but, easy to lose customers.
