I called for my mother with an abscessed tooth needing extraction. In the past she has always been referred to an oral surgeon which she was not about to do due to her sensitivity to anesthesia. Plus the cost would have been exorbitant.Aspen Dental took all this in consideration and performed the procedure with great results and satisfaction by her.Thank you to the dentist and staff that took her special needs into consideration and for their skill set that allowed them to perform the care she needed when she needed it. Kudos to Aspen’s dentist and staff.

The staff and Dentists were very professional at their work! I went in and came out with a smile! they took care of me the same day of my initial exam appointment! I went home with no pain and was able to teach martial arts the next day. I recommend Aspen Dental to everyone!!!

Aspen dental is amazing I had a tooth that broke in half . They got me in the day I called did ex rays and everything and in no time my tooth was pulled. They are awsom it was done and I didn’t even know it was out. If you need a dentist go to aspen . The stay and the dentist are so sweet and caring you won’t regret it.

Aspen Dental is a scam. They’ll talk you into something you don’t really need and then try to get you to finance with more interest. It’s all about the quick jobs that cost the most. Beware the deep clean. Then they call you several weeks later and tell you their original quote was wrong and you owe more money.

Staff are great such sweet gals in the front office. The dentist is super nice and has wonderful bedside manner, definitely a pleasant visit. Would highly recommend.

Dr Shingala, Janet Dominguez, Kelly Boyd and other staff members are at the top of their game. Their hospitality and knowledge are are second to none. They continue to help with any needs I might have. Highly recommended.

This was my first visit to this Aspen location.Their office team had worked diligently with me to get my insurance in order for my visit.I was greeted by a precious young woman named Mikah.I have a tendency to gag upon the X-ray due to my small mouth.She was very kind and patient with me.Her manner of care was so gentle and I was able to relax.I was nervous about the whole step ofstarting a dental care session.I believe after meeting her, the hygienist and the friendly dentist, I will be cared for well.

It has been one of the best experiences iv ever had in a dental environment. the staff was kind answer my 100ml questions without any attitude. fast acting services didnt have to wait weeks or months not even days witch is away good. defiantly will go back

My first time to the dentist. Dr Castro and Janet were very nice and offering real good deals. They did free x-rays and i was in and out, very clean too, i seen em sanitizing everything, Ill be back;)

I went for a deep cleaning, was treated nice . I got an infection the day after . Went back today, they sure acted differently today . They werent listening to what I wanted . They were to busy trying to get more money from me .I refused treatment and asked for antibiotics for the infection, thats it . Now they wanted the money I was supposed to pay three months from now, on my next visit. That she made a mistake. Now I know something is not right . I got my prescription, I wont be going back . Ill pay the rest when Im supposed to 3 months from now . I had scheduled the rest of the family in September, but in Corpus Christi. Im going to cancel and go somewhere else.

Gentle, kind and understanding. I started to cry because I’m so scared of shots (that don’t go in the arm) and didn’t feel ashamed or embarrassed because they reassured me that it’s okay.

The prices on there internet do NOT reflect what there actual prices are and I hate going to the dentist and this is another episode why. They hurt me during the filling process. On a brighter all the ladies that worked there were really nice and polite.

Kelly and Sydney were exceptionally understanding when I went in for an adjustment on my dentures! They nailed it, and they fit perfectly! Please be patient on adjustments with dentures! It is aprocess and it takes time! Highly reconmended!❤

Great service and staff from the moment I walk in! Ive had 2 visits now, and everyone has been friendly, helpful, and smiling under their masks! Im quite scared of dental visits, but they have been nothing but reassuring. I have never had dental insurance (I still dont!) and their prices are extremely reasonable. The doctor even talked me down to a better quality crown at a lower price! Totally appreciate them, and you should definitely give them a try!

Took day off to drive my wife to and fro for a tooth extraction. Appointment was set before 9am for 11:45am. We got a call an hour later telling us the appointment had been moved two days later into the week. Apparently, our spot was given to other customers or the person did not feel like performing the procedure. Either way, we were told to go in at 12:00pm but that we would have to sit there until an opening became available. My wife was in serious pain and this joint did not honor their word. Needless to say, I couldnt lose a day off work and sit there watching my wife suffer while waiting until they felt like treating her. This store front is not honorable. Very unprofessional bunch of workers. Would not consider this location in the future nor recommend it. Im glad we went elsewhere with real pros. After reading more reviews, Im confident my insurance company would have paid up the nose for other work not needed. First and last time almost-customer.Seems like some the staff is troublesome. What else would you want us to share? I thought I was explicit up top.1. We gave your joint a chance.2. I left a bad review according to our own experience.Now, what do we get from Aspen Dental?Answer : no service.Apologizing while not addressing the issues people are sharing seems moot.

Had all my teeth extracted and got my dentures the same day!! 2 days later they have been very helpful in making sure I am as comfortable as possible considering the the procedure I had! I recommend Aspen Dental 110% and am glad I made the choice to get my work done here!! I guarantee you would be happy making the choice to!!

I honestly had the worst experience here I just got 2 teeth extracted I would say about 3 weeks ago first week was painful I went back second time cause I noticed there was stilll a piece of bone bothering me that he didn’t get out the first time the excuse was that the extra bone usually comes up when healing till this day I still have pain here and there pieces of sharp bone every time I eat something I get a piece of the left over tooth here and there and still hasn’t healed and it’s been about a month already .very unsatisfied service is great but doctor is just not so great .

Staff is very nice. They were able to get me in to have a tooth pulled right away. Instead of me having to wait. Like my last dental office would do. To me it looked like they were trying to charge my insurance for the check up and then have me go back for what I wanted done. This was my old dental office that would do that. But I am happy with Aspen dental.

After making a appointment to get a tooth fixed the dentist was to busy to fix my tooth but was accepting walk ins. He was also rude by telling me he had no time for questions. I will not be going back and neither will my family. Good luck if this is who you choose.

The staff is friendly and thorough. They listened to what I wanted and didnt try to talk me into anything. I love that I can have everything done at one place and dont have to go to and pay 2-3 different specialists/dentists. Its also great that I can get appointments on Saturday when its not convenient or possible to take off work during the week

I was in the worst pain imaginable over the weekend and I called to schedule an appointment with there on call center. The earliest they said they could get me in was Tuesday. I hadnt received my new patient paper work so I went on their website on Monday. From there I was able to actual schedule an appointment for a little later that day. When I arrived the office staff was extremely pleasant and professional. they got me in did my x rays. I waited in the lobby maybe 10 minutes and was able to see the office manager whom was very informative, kind, and professional. I opted for a tooth extraction which they were able to schedule right then. I waited in the lobby for maybe another 10 minutes and was taken right back to have the procedure done. my appointment was at 12:15 and I was completed done, paid up and out the door by 1:30. Best experience in a dental office I have ever had. I will be going back, but I would suggest going online to their website to schedule an appointment and fill out paper work instead of calling in.

Great staff and dr, a little pricey but they have financial services

I was not pleased with this office. I came as a new cash patient and from the start they shuffled me through the visit to end it with a one surface filling and a cleaning coming to $2500. That’s absolutely in sane. I didn’t even need a deep cleaning. The diagnosis from the doctor which took two minutes literally and then the hygienist were completely opposite. When I questioned the hygienist she went from your mouth looks really bad to it looks fine as a regular cleaning there’s only a couple of teeth that would need it deeper. While getting X-rays there was a live roach on its back. The cleanliness was not even close to where it should be for that type of an office. I was told they would work with me from the start on pricing but that was not the case. It was as if they knew they wouldn’t be getting money from insurance and gave me a crazy high price to get rid of me. They knew they weren’t going to treat me and walked me to the front before I even saw the price. Would not recommend.

The experience was fantastic the staff is friendly and explain everything in detail. Answer all my questions in detail. Janet the office manager is very professional and gives great service if I had to rank her from 1 to 10 being the highest I would give her a 10. Devora my hygienist the doctors Shingala and Crasto plus the assistant are also amazing. I dont want to leave anyone out but everyone is amazing I highly recommend them to any one.

I went in for an assessment after not having any dental care for over a decade. I was embarrassed and terrified but all for nothing. The staff are all extremely helpful and reassuring. Whatever limited questions I could think of at the time, I was explained everything in detail. I just made another appointment to start working on bringing my oral health back and I am not even worried that I might not get proper care; Dr. Shingala was friendly and kind and his demeanor and bedside manner definitely lessened my anxiety and the level of embarrassment that I was feeling. Dara and Janet were outmost helpful and I have spoken to Janet on the phone multiple times since my first appointment and she is always helpful and accommodating. I am recommending Aspen Dental to anyone who asks and to those who don’t ask because they really are that great!PS: apologies to the staff at Aspen Dental for being an airhead and not reviewing you sooner. This was the Worst experience I have ever had. I went in with a toothache. Not only did they not take care of it, they proceed to tell me i have to have a cleaning done before anything else is done with the price tag of over $1200.00 for a cleaning. They said, we use antibiotics. Waste of time to go here. They sent me out with an estimate of over $6000. My teeth are fine, Found a real dentist that doesnt try to rip you off. Dr Schneider is amazing and affordable.

I had made an appointment for my broken wisdom toot and the day of I show up and try to call to check in to be seen well Im being informed my appointment has been cancelled due to not having a verbal confirmation and rescheduled big mistake because not only did they call me a cpl days ahead of time see if I was still planning on coming....of course Ill be there. Showed up today 20 mins early to find out my appointment has been cancelled AGAIN for lack of verbal confirmation.....do what?? How more verbal can I be yes i will be there yeah well I have cancelled my kids appointments with them and I will definitely NOT let you reschedule me again for a 30-40 min drive for nothing wasted my gas enough

My experience was terrible. They were ridiculously rushed. The dentist obviously does not care about the patient. You are nothing but a dollar sign at this office. They’ll make sure to point out any aesthetic flaws in your smile in hopes of getting you to spend $4000+ on unnecessary work. I can’t express how much I do not recommend this office.

This place is an absolute scam it is a classic example of the bait and switch. I had a broken tooth that was causing me a lot of pain I live in a town so small we have only one dentist and that dentist was gone on spring break I called Aspen Dental and whoever answered was so nice and told me that they could fit me in right away it was no problem and that they would get me taken care of and they didnt want me to be in pain.The truth was they had absolutely no intention of treating me that day.I was charged $300 just for walking in the door.After they checked my teeth and did x-rays, they put together what I would think as my bucket list of dental procedures.They told me they could fix everything is wrong with me for a mere $10,000.Just fix the broken tooth that was causing me a huge amount of pain right then they could not pull it but they can do a root canal for $700 but the only way they can do the root canal was to give me a $1,000 teeth cleaning first.I did not qualify for any financial assistance so they basically said come back when you have money and will help you.They sent me back out after having paid 300 which thank God my insurance took care of because it fell under a routine dental exam but I didnt get anything out of it: no relief no cleaning not even washing my mouth out with anything that would take out the infection or deaden the painMost everyone else in the office were elderly so Im guessing they prey on people that have Medicare that will pay up for procedures.This is why my mouth is in the horrible shape that it is. This is why I can only go to the dentist every two or three years because of people like this that prey on poor people from seeing them everything in the world and delivering nothing.

Not cool I was told exam and X-ray was free made appt an soonest they could see me was 2 weeks out. I come in they charge me $126 and tell me I need a $3000+ root canal all within 15 minVisit was straight business no actual interest in what was going on with me

Except for just one employee that was rude to me, everyone else was so sweet and so nice 😊 I have never felt this way about my mouth, how clean and how healthy it is, I never imagined that this was possible. I will definitely keep going back toaspen dental for near future check ups!

Wonderful staff that helped with my anxiety and when other dentists were saying I would have to go through a surgery and possibly cut my jaw bone, the dentist there was efficient and I didn’t have to go through the “surgery” and have part of my Jaw bone cut. I appreciate them getting me in right away and helping me to calm down.

Was a very friendly & professional experience I had when I came in for my appointment recently. They were very friendly, professional and told me in detail the procedure that was being done on my mouth. Ill be scheduling more appointments with this company for my dental procedures in the upcoming future.

The confidence and professionalism of the doctor and staff served to put me at ease. By far the best dentist that I have ever been to. I had my dentures done at another office in another state and was never totally pleased with fit and function. Then I had issues with teeth actually coming out of them. The last time was in Odessa and I was able to get in and get them fixed and it was discovered that there was more that needed to be done. Kelly Bond CDT at this location was phenomenal, they re-based my upper plate and it now fits better than it ever has and the effort she put into making it fit was great. My only wish was that the bottom needed to be redone as well. Thanks Kelly.

Aspen dental provides top notch service with top notch staff. Doctor and others even stayed late to ensure they gave me the best care possible.Greatly recommended.

The technician was very good and very professional and polite. She was a bit hard to understand because of her accent, but her skills are excellent. The only issue I have is the cost -- $2,700 for the deep scaling and planeing.

Everyone was so nice and professional, I loved Dustin, hes so helpful with all the customers and funny as all get out. We laughed and laughed, he brings such a positive energy to the office 🙂

This was my first visit ever to Aspen Dental. The experience was good considering it was a dentist visit and as wr all know, no one likes those. I had a good experience until i got to the check out counter. I have Medicare plus a supplement and still had to pay over 300.00. This was for xrays and cleaning. A bit pricey. More than i was used to paying. My deductible had already been met. Thsnk you.

Aspen dental did amazing work on me! Not only did the dentist there do all my dental work but done an excellent job on me as well!! They allowed my family to be right bye my side the whole time and all the nurses had a very well bed side manor and the dentist as well!! They got me in for a consult that morning and had me back in there bye 4 to do my dental work!!! Over all amazing place and would highly recommend other to visit them and I will be a returning customer!!!

Dr Flores was our dentist today. She was very friendly and informal of everything that needed to be done. She gave comfort to my daughter who was highly nervous. Who I highly recommend this location to anyone needing dental service.

I went in for a cleaning and exam, it had been awhile. They took a ton of xrays and then put me in a room. The dentist came in and told me my teeth looked great, no cavities or anything, and to wait for the hygienist to come in to inspect my teeth to tell me what kind of cleaning I needed.I had already heard her in the room next to me and heard the speech they gave the man in there. When she finally came in she was extremely abrupt and rough, Ive never had anyone poke me that hard at the dentist. she gave me the EXACT same speech she had given the man next door and sent me up front to get an estimate. She made me feel like my teeth were awful and going to fall out.The front desk then tried to get me to pay $1200($1800 but insurance covered some). I considered it bc I was so traumatized but I just couldnt do it.Today I went to my dentist I used as a kid and paid $215, including the removal of my permanent retainer and a new plastic one. Somehow insurance covered the rest, even though out of pocket wouldve still been less than $500 with the cleaning....DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY.

The dental hygienist could of done a better job. Before.... when Irma was the hygienist ... she would take her time cleaning my teeth and would explain everything to me and would also give me tips on how to take better care of my teeth. I could tell this hygienist was in a hurry and did not care. I pay good money to get my teeth done at Aspen Dental....I expect better service.......Yall expect us to pay our dental bills on time....then I expect good service also.

Everyone there was very nice. We really liked our dentist. The main issue was waiting an hour before being seen. They told us after waiting an hour that they were short handed due to people being on vacation. It would be helpful that they tell new patients that you will have to come back for a teeth cleaning. The first visit was only a check up. My husband paid for a fluoride treatment that he has to come back for in 2 weeks. Better communication is needed.

Front desk/patient coordinators need to be FIRED! Aspen Dental in Odessa, TX may be losing a lot of patients because of the poor patient service on the front end. Everyone else is professional. Too bad appointment times aren’t honored. It’s been 1 1/2 hours ! Stilling waiting for what should be a 5 minute adjustment. P.S. Dr. Flores is VERY professional, Hygienist is AMAZING, so is manager.

I had a great experience at Aspen. I actually go there because everything is done there and I dont have to go to a different dentist for different procedures. Only reason I gave it four stars was because one of the receptionist is not great at customer service. And sometimes the wait time can be a little Long. Overall everybody has great customer service and the surgeon I had the other day was terrific and actually lead to me having a better outcome than I expected. It is a no frills office but Ive received great service.

I am crazy for my Hygienist, Irma. I enjoy every visit. She is thorough, but gentle. I appreciate her guidance about areas to focus and improve my oral care. I love this friendly and efficient office. Kelly and Bra are especially helpful.

I like the assistant the one taking all the X-rays she was very professional. As for the doctor I don’t think they should assume that the patient has diabetes when they don’t know. He could be a little friendly. That look that he gave you is like saying I don’t like my job I am here because I have to work, or he hates seeing people’s teeth. I didn’t like his way of being there and telling me that I had diabetes. If I’d have had I would told yes, but I have not been told I have diabetes I have high blood pressure. And as for the gentleman at the front he needs more training in the way to talk to people. Over all those were the issues I had.

This is my first time at the dentist in years. Erica the assistant is awesome and super friendly. Dr. Flores didnt make me feel bad about having bad hygiene and was very open. Devora did an awesome job too. Im extremely satisfied with my visit today.

The people there were funny and fun to work with. They made me laugh, which made me a little less nervous. Then they had a TV in the room I was in with Fresh prince of Bellaire on, so it was laughs all around. The dentist I saw was also informative and made me feel very comfortable.

Staff was in a hurry and not willing to discuss treatment options. Honestly, they were only worried about the financing. They shouldnt be, their prices are OUTRAGEOUS!!! Huge disappointment.
