Pretty easy to check in, drop your load and leave. Theres plenty of space in the yard and they dont really care where you drop off your trailer. The lady at the guard shack seemed to be whispering to me the whole time though and I had to lean in to hear her. But maybe Im just deaf 😅 Overall a great place to work with.

Appointment at 1pm, checked in at 10am, paperwork at 1pm! Need A 6 digit pick up number that starts with a 2. No overnight parking even through they have a massive lot.

The unloading once at a dock was super fast. The check in was fast, But it took 3 hours to get my paperwork. Checked in at 7 left at almost 11. I had to go and get my paperwork because I was tired of waiting on them.

When you come here be prepared to sit all day I arrived here at 8:30 got unloaded at 11:30 it’s 1 PM and I’m still waiting for my paperwork!! Drivers will be held hostage!! Please don’t book another load until you’re out of here!!!

HR never answer their phone. The way they do business is awful every manager there from HR to warehouse is rude.

The absolute worst place to work. The hr staff refuse to give you information about your work history. While working there the employees were treated so poorly by management they could never keep more than a few employees at a time. When I asked to file a complaint with the hr above this facility about this warehouse I was refused the number or a way to contact them. This company has repeatedly wrongfully fired members of their staff that have been here for 3 plus years. Currently trying to find a way to contact the main hr branch and looking into wrongful termination as well as contacting previous employees to hear their stories. Any company who cares about their employees would look into a building that fires 30 plus employees in a matter of 3 to 4 months. I spent over a year just trying to get in contact with the hr in this building just for them to tell me they cant talk to me and they have refused to cooperatewith any of my questions. The job itself is very fun but dealing with management and the hr staff that are supposed to be professional makes the job unappealing and not worth your time. The hr service in this building is the worst Ive ever experienced and family dollar is supposed to have a high reputation for employee happiness and satisfaction as well as taking employee complaints very serious and this building does not do that nor does it strive to fix any issues within the company.

Arrived one hour before apt . time . Took one hour to wait in line to pass security . Than gave me door, but door was busy with another trailer, went to the office, they gave me another door also busy .Finally third door and they unloaded me in four and a half hours . There’s no green and red lights so just wait for office staff to call you .So make your own decision come here or not !Have a good day to everyone !

Lots of space to back wasnt too busy. Issues why the heck do you all charge to unload your friends. Thats beyond me. Also if youre charging why the f@(k do you take 3 1/2 hours to unload people . Hell I left before people who got there before me. I dont think you should charge if youre slow af to unload. .

I am a truck driver, I delivered here for the first time today and I have to say is far as the shipping and receiving department they were very good but the guard shack has a lot of work to do. When I arrived spend 40 minutes in line waiting to check in. Then leaving, a female employee parked in the exit gate to gossip with the guard was really unprofessional and annoying!!!

Unprofessional. Git there an hour eary security would not check me in 2 hours after my appointment. After checking in with security at the gate receiving lady had an attitude because there were more trucks than she wanted. Kept saying this s..t needs to shut down waited for a door for about 45 min after that unloading was quick 5 star for fork lift operator. If they could still to the appointment time I spent about 5.5 hours there are up my driving time was late for my next delivery.

Checking in with the security personnel is atrocious. I mean, if I am here before another driver and you have already started my process of checking in. Why do I have to wait for another driver, absurd. But the actual, unloading wasnt as bad as others...

Hit and miss. Apparently, the previous reviews were by employees and it is nice to know they like their workplace. Unfortunately, thats not the impression of visitors. The guard - shack was the standout, here, with organized, efficient and friendly professionals. Inside receiving, however, is a different story. We waited at the window nearly 30 minutes while workers did their very best to walk by and avoid our gaze. It was 12:15 and, apparently, EVERY single office person was in the break room enjoying lunch (they could be heard through the cement/cinder block walls). Workers flitted past on the far perimeter of the office from time to time, but no one came anywhere near the window. Finally, I had to ask a very nice dock worker who happened to walk by if everyone was at lunch. She said she would find someone. As she spoke, a woman behind the window glared at us, walked up, flung her bag of chips down on the desk, and grumbled that the person who could help is at lunch and wouldnt be back for 20 more minutes. One person in this whole facility? Really? We came back 30 minutes later and finally were received by a clerk who tried, but (and we are hoping, here) seemed to be very new at his job and the process with him took unusually long. All in all, a simple drop and hook took TWO hours! Unacceptable.

One of the worst places I have delivered on no control 1 hour just to get to the gate and no door everyone standing in a little room no care for any safety.

Security guards very helpful to help you deliver your load.

Put in my application for employment months ago they always have the Now Hiring sign they have not called and I go there in person and they always tell me they will call me.

Horrible place when it comes to get unloaded. Don’t make appointment on other loads, this place have you late to pickup your next load. Not to mention cheap and heavy.

Typical distribution center. Slow, and the lumper fee is ridiculous, $194 for 3/4 of a load. Be prepared to have your time wasted. Would recommend avoiding if you actually like earning money over setting for no reason.

Cant fix stupid, paper towel load & shipper uses a bolt type seal, family dollar says I need help with seal ? I told them if they wanted the load they would have to cut this seal, not my yob. Long wait time to get unloaded & I was on time, Capstone lumper very rude, I hope I never go back.

This place is a joke if you are a truck driver delivering to here. They are way to slow and it is located on the service road beside I_20 at exit 120. Its definitely not the best distribution plant I have ever been to the gate guards were complete idiots they put me in the wrong door had to walk all the way around the building to find receiving which is in the center of this place a little door that has receiving wrote on it and this is a big distribution plant. Standing at the receiving window for nearly 25 minutes until somebody come to the front and it took them 20 more minutes to do my paperwork checking in it took them six and a half hours to unload the truck and I dont care if I ever come back here again it will definitely be remembered absolutely terrible service

We deliver here on a regular basis. Not as bad as a grocery warehouse, but very slow getting in and out. People are friendly, but drop lot has terrible pot holes. If you get stuck in one trying to hook to an empty trailer, they will NOT help in any way to get you unstuck. They will tell to to call a tow truck. You must ask the yard dog to pull it out for you, they will.

Delivered here. Didnt get me in the dock for appointment time but it didnt take long enough to complain.Driver access to bathroom and standard vending.

Am a non Hispanic driver i got before 6 other drivers plus i was on time on my appointment but they kept unloading all the Hispanic drivers the ladies at the receiving window were rude and nasty when i ask why its taking too long and can i unload myself, i was told i cant use there pallet jack so i had to wait past 3 hrs....Victoria and kevin very unprofessional.
