Friendly computer center has been my go to place since i moved here(7+ yrs). They are knowledgeable, nice, quick and professional. They have fixed all my computers. The most recent one had a crack in the screen. I told them i couldnt do with out it and they got it fixed in one day. We had to order the screen but mine wasnt shattered or anything so i had the computer while the part came in although it came about a week and a half before it was due. I am a very small business owner but they also serve larger business and personal customers as well.

The guy was very straight forward and polite he even hooked up my computer and showed me my led fan lights were working. They fixed it fast good place

Absolutely HORRENDOUS service! These people 100% refuse to listen to the customer, flat out. I wanted 1 part replaced, and they took it upon themselves to sift through my files, snoop around my drives, and rampantly delete my custom tools/specialized software I use for jobs. Years of work, just gone, because they wanted to do whatever they thought was best. These are things I can NOT re-acquire. My computer is essentially useless at this point and they have made me lose quite a bit of money without my tools. To top it all off, the part that was replaced wasnt even seated properly in the socket so I ended up re-fixing it myself. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! It is better to buy a new computer and clone your existing drives than risk letting them lay a single finger on your hardware.

We have used Friendly Computer for years, close to a decade. They are amazing, local, have great customer service skill, there when you need them, and quick to respond! What more could anyone ask for?

We will not take our computers anywhere else. They are very responsive and extremely knowledgeable. Everyone there is nice and helpful.

Was told we can fix no problem. Was quoted a price for full repair, then picked up the item and was told we fixed it as best we could. For a cracked screen. Not a reputable business

My computer crashed and I was afraid I lost everything. Came here and even though my computer was dead, all of my files were able to be saved. Needless to say, I was very grateful!

Beware!Very unhelpful and unfriendly. Didn’t really care at all for the business. Seemed to be an annoyance. Find somewhere and someone else.
