I was given an amount the government would not take, yet they took everything. I called to explain and to get clarification. A man named George answered my call and was EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude. I asked his name, he said it was a weird question to ask, which i disagree with. He then began to avoid my request to speak with a supervisor. First time using this tax service, will never use again. I would, also, advise people to not use them, to avoid disappointment and a rude phone call.

Ive havent had any issues with Speedy Cash... I recommend this for whoever needs a check to be cashed, or get a personal loan.
