These guys will just go around towing people because they feel like it. Whoever they see parked not completely perfect, they tow. They will actually take a level and if your off at all, boom gone. At my apartment complex, they have towed my co workers truck because he was in the lines. They towed my big work truck because its massive and its a dulley. Its a boat really. I was on the line with my truck because you know its incredibly difficult to park that boat. Guess what, they came and towed my big work truck. They tow people because they feel like it. And in my apartment complex, there is several people who do not know how to park, yet they decide to take my work truck that I use everyday because its on the lines.

I wish negative 10 was an option. Went to pick someone up.last night, was not even away from my vehicle 3 minutes. Came back out and car was gone. These people had the audacity to tell me to, park on side of the road mind you its a fire lane. So....they are in a car theft ring with the apartments in town

We are in the middle of a pandemic; whereas the governor has even declared a crisis. The governor has also waived registration, license renewal, and handicap placards for sixty days. My car was towed from a private parking lot where I live. The VSF said the reason I was towed was because I was in handicap spot but I was not. Life is hard enough right now with employment and health issues and now on top of it all I have to pay $400 to get out my car. This money is all I have and don’t know how much longer until they were able to earn money again! Super sad that anyone would allow their business to prey on people right now. This company is disgusting.

The lady up there told me I had to pay $96, which I knew sounded really weird. I repeated the price back to her and she said that was correct, only to get there and she said $300. Like how does $96 and $300 sound the same

Very dishonest and corrupt ! Wrecked my truck while it was on park in parking section and they said it wasn’t. Paid $300 for only 2 hrs. Really! I have proof I was park !
