On 8-25-21 my Son was wrecked (T-Boned) into, driving our Suburban, leaving it undriveable. From the time I called them they got there within 10 minutes. Their Level of Service is Unmatched. My boyfriend and I have used this tow service twice now and they were so fast to show up. The man who helped us was so insanely fast and accurate at getting my boyfriend’s F450 up. I swear that’s the fastest Ive ever seen any vehicle loaded on a tow truck none the less one that big. And then 2 months later he pulled my little Subaru that was high centered over a drain during the snow storm just as quickly . They are extremely professional and great at what they do. Best tow service I have ever had hands down. Highly recommend to anyone needing high quality speedy service.

For a towing service they are not so bad lol. The secretary met us around 1am at the yard and let my cousin get some of his stuff out of the truck. She was friendly and fast....ty.

My only complain was that the driver was late. Other than that great price and amazing service.

Had them lift a big rig trailer that had sunk. Price was a little steep, considering our yard was 2 blocks over. Charged a full hour for something that took longer to do the invoice for. But dont worry, they have 30 day charge accounts, as I was made well aware of.

We couldn’t get our car unlocked and we called Neil Pool Towings Services Odessa Texas and we waited over 40 min in 10 degree weather and the lady Jaime was so rude! She couldn’t give us a ETA whats so ever and we would call and ask and she was just so ugly! I called Blue Star and employee Devonte Jones came to us in 10 min in his own persona vehicle and got our car unlocked! Best service and so friendly! My mother’s Jeep lost a wheel and the axle broke and she didn’t know what to do. My mom is 82. I called Blue Star and explained that I was in another town and asked if they could arrive quickly. Blue Star arrived in 15 minutes! The driver, DJ, was so professional and helpful and made the whole ordeal so much easier for my mom. DJ made sure my mom and her Jeep both got where they needed to go. I highly recommend Blue Star!!!

My car would not start when I was leaving work. I called Blue Star towing for a town since jumping my car did not work. Jimmy showed up in less than ten minutes to help. When I spoke to Jimmy about the issue he went above and beyond to fix the issue before towing. He let me know I am needing a new starter and I have a transmission leak. This is the most useless and inexperienced towing company in west texas.They tow my mack truck without removing the drive link and lied about it. The driver had no experience and that cost me my transmission. The cost to fix the transmission is over $23000They refused to take responsibility of what the company driver condemed in my truck. If you are hiring their services, just get ready for damages on your equipment.

After waiting over 4 hours for AAA to not show up called Bluestar. They showed up within 15 minutes and quickly took care of the flat tire problem. Couldnt be happier with their service and professionalism.

Called early to arrange a tow for a vehicle and even confirmed time and status shortly before the desired time. An hour after the arranged time the driver was still a no show. I called to get the status and was placed on hold for 10 minutes which resulted me in having to hang up and call again just to cancel the trip completely.Life happens, but there is zero reason or justification for ignoring your responsibility to communicate with the customer.

I had asked for my guy Chad but he was on days off so I got my other guy Jimmy to come to my rescue. But I have a bagged and bodied station wagon that one of my rear crossmembers decided to break off on me and my car was stuck on the side of the road. I had asked for chad because he has has to deal with this one before last time I had it towed and its not an easy task and most drivers will not do it, its not a pretty site when it has to sit on the back bumper while the have to snake there truck up under it. But Jimmy did an awesome job of what he was dealt with, I will also so that my caprice wagon has a stout rear bumper to hold the whole weight of the car up to be able to get it on the flat bed. He was easy with my baby and I will be using yall again the next time I do need a tow but hopefully it wont be anytime soon bc I dont like having to work on my cars lol.

I run a trucking company and had a 48 flat bed to deck onto another flatbed. I called looking price, they quoted me 350.00. A bit high but what wrecker service is honest. About an hour later the driver called me and said they were all done. Shortly there after I believe Maria was whom I dealt with I believe, told me the total cost was 997.50. I blew a gasket and she told me that the 350.00 was only for the truck rental. The other was for two men whom rigged the chains. Long story short I called the cops, they came over said was a civil suit and nothing they could do. So moral of the story is if you truely want to get blackmailed call BluestarTowing. Apparently getting blackmailed in Odessa it is legal. Police were also idiots. Very unprofessional. I rate them a -10..

Very nice and helpful people. Lady in the office was very kind. My husband was hit and put in the hospital and they didn’t charge me to load my husband welder and take it. They said our family had been through enough. The men who do the clean up did a great job at picking up all my husbands welding tools on the crash sight. They were a little light through this. Had 2 tires blow out just off of moss yesterday morning. I called ever single towing company in Odessa that was open and got nothing. I was told by one company that trucks were available but only to LE. Another told me that because they were contracted through the city that no one could get my truck until lunch but not to expect anyone at all. Blue star picked up and had a truck out to me and got my truck back home way within the hour. Will, was fast and professional. After all this I learned which companies were in it for the money and which companies were out to help people. Blue star towing is out to help people and they are the only towing company Ill recommend and use.

Requested roadside assistance at 10:15 am and was given a pick up time for 12:15 pm. My truck was not picked up until 8 pm even though truck was not in a safe location with over $1000 worth of equiptment inside. Once it was picked up, they dropped it off at the wrong location and even destroyed a gate that I had to pay for. Blue star towing of Odessa TX is a horrible tow service.
