Very friendly and helpful Good price for services

I am new to Odessa and have used them 2 times now for my car issues. They deliver what is promised, are professional, and honest. It feels great to have a trusting relationship with your mechanics, and have the problem fixed the first time!

I took my truck worried that it was going to be an expensive problem. I had a few people tell me I needed to replace a part that alone would cost upwards of 600$+ not including labor. As the last resort I decided to call Premier, the very next Monday I took it and found out not only was it not the what I was originally told but was going to be alot less expensive to repair! Off the bat, Rhonda was amazing, she did everything, from setting up the service call to giving me expected time frames, even to keep me updated and to provide me with all the detailed info on what was going to happen. If the team is anything like her then Im sure my car was in great hands all around. Take it from me, Im not a local and I was made to feel like Ive been doing business with them for years, once again guys and gals, thank you for all you do.

Took my truck in because my brakes were making a strange sound. The guys there were nice to work with and called to explain what was going on. They kept me updated and did not withhold any information relating to the repairs. I could tell they were extremely busy (good thing in my eyes) but still got my truck in and out. I have sent about three people to them and have all been taken care of. Last side note....they are the only mechanic shop that has ever sent me a thank you card.

Very friendly and awesome staff!! Got my vehicle done sooner than anticipated. They were quick to call with the problem and the solution! They got my ac fixed up quick and changed the front drive line on my dodge 2003 2500. They also changed out the u joints. Very happy with the work and customer service. Only giving 4 stars because the price for the front drive line was $700 for just the part. And after looking online the most expensive one I could find was an upgraded one for $399 brand new, cheapest one was $130. So I feel the $700 for the part was a little excessive. But the quality of work and friendliness of the staff was top notch. I will still continue taking my vehicles to them and would def reccomend them to anyone, but with the warning of the high prices for the parts.

Do NOT take your vehicle here! They are nothing but greedy liars! Wanted $2,200 to fix something that wasnt the problem! Took it to an honest mechanic and it only cost $280. There should be some kind of law against this! I Will be leaving reviews everywhere

My daughter is a Freshman student @ UTPB, we live 350 miles away from Odessa. Her car broke down so I found Premier on the net and called in.. I did not get the name of the person I spoke with but they were kind enough to send someone out as we thought she might have just ran out of gas. Jack is sent over, puts gas in my daughters car and follows her to the gas station. This is unheard of in todays world... The act of kindness truly is amazing.. I do not live in Odessa but if I did, I would be a customer.... And NO, they did not charge me a penny!!! A random act of kindness and I am very thankful they were there for my 19 year old daughter!!!

I had damage to the converter on muffler and the sensor, someone tried to steal them, premier helped me get through the shock and helped me to figure out what I needed to do to fix this problem, they followed up with me, friendly and very professional....I highly recommend them

We chose Premier after considering several other car care centers in Odessa, because they were the most professional, and had good reviews.We had them repair brakes & other issues on two of our vehicles, and the staff & mechanics were very honest, and repaired our cars sooner than we expected, and the price was very fair.We will use them again, and highly recommend Premier for any car repairs needed.

Great service and friendly people. Have me frequent updates on my vehicle. When a recall came up for my car for a timing chain, they made sure they sent it to the dealership for me. It was a long process and it was tossed back and forth but I had no issues with Premier. They know what they were doing and proved the service department at the dealership wrong. Great people.

This garage is the best of the best. We were quoted $1400 for an oil leak from the honda dealership. Luckily I decided to get a quote from here and they had the leak fixed within 48 hours and for $200!! We should have known they were good because every time we go by they are PACKED. They even sent us a thank you card in the mail for choosing them. Absolutely impeccable! Never will we go anywhere else for our auto needs.

I have no problems with their work, and I understand that they are busy. But it took them three days to replace a coolant reservoir and give an oil change. They then charged $413 for the combined services. That is an overpriced bill for those services. Other shops typically charge $200 for the combined services. Next time I will definitely shop around first, or just do it myself. Only went there because they were right down the street.

Very good place to take your vehicle whether new or old! Rhonda was great and they are professionals. Highly recommend them. Still wouldn’t take my car anywhere else!

Came here to get my engine panels fixed under my car. For some reason, they started coming off again and I called Rhonda to let her know what was going on. She told me to come in first thing in the morning and her team fixed the problem and had me out the door in less than 30 mins. They are the best and have such a friendly staff.

I cant speak for their automotive service, but I was not pleased with their customer service. On their website it makes it sound like you can come in and get your car checked same day, which was nt the case. I scheduled an appointment online, which they didnt have when I came in. Then she told me I would have to leave my vehicle for two days, and the price could be $400 for a minor repair!

In past 5 years I have serviced my vehicles and have not been disappointed yet. Premier Car Care stays up to date in all areas related to car & truck repair

This is a very horrible place to bring your vehicle they said my car needed a starter and when They change my starter 30 minutes later they call me back and tell me my engine is locked I don’t know how that happened and I’m not settling for they also ruined the inside of my car the manager of this establishment is very on unprofessional. I just got off the phone with her and she was yelling and cursing I will be going to corporate

Horrible service. Vehicle wasnt fixed and used part wasnt returned when asked. Mechanics were rude and when questioned by customer were unable to give an educated answer. Will never bring our vehicles there again. I suggest their management take control of their staff.

Got my AC unit completely replaced it wasnt blowing cold enough brought it back they fixed it for free because it was under warranty, however when Im driving in town the AC stops being cold again, I am so tired of going back to that place I spent a lot of money and I have given up on

Two other shops replaced a lot of parts, but couldn’t fix my car. The mechanic at Premier found 2 broken wires which was the whole problem. I will come to Premier first next time
