There is something about having a local agent with a personal touch that exceeds that. I know I can pick up the phone and Eric takes the time to answer any questions for me. He has followed up with me to make sure any repairs on my house or vehicles were handled correctly. Would not trade this for anything. I have a house, boat, camper, and vehicle with him. While Farmers is not the least expensive insurance, it is worth the premium to me. When bumper meets bumper, you will experience the difference between Farmers and other insurance companies. I have gotten great customer service up the line from my agency, who is the greatest, to the adjusters. Maybe it is just my agent, Eric Easley, but I get phone calls from him checking on me after hail storms, or tropical storms etc. Any extra premiums are worth it for the great customer service and peace of mind knowing Farmers is with you. Cheapest is not always the best.
