This is the best vehicle insurance I’ve had! prices are reasonable and customer service is fantastic, they are always very helpful. During the winter storms we had some issues with plumbing and the insurance claim was quickly processed. I had never made a claim before I was scared and confused but the staff guided me the whole way and kept checking up on the process. I am very grateful and will continue to be a client for life!

I have also worked with Tim with a claim I had and he made the process go smooth and even helped me with my short term disability. Our car broke down while out of town and we called State Farm emergency service! They had a problem getting us a tow truck and so I called one myself and paid the bill. When I got home I called Crystal and she said to send her the receipt and she would send me a check. She was very nice and helpful and sent the check out the same day!

Crystal and her team are fantastic. Switching over to them saved me over $250 a month on my coverage for my vehicles and my home and they are so much better to deal with than my previous provider. Making a claim was super easy and Crystal went above and beyond to make sure I was covered. She explained everything to me in detail and made sure I knew what to expect. She helped me every step of the way, even with me living 8 hours away from her office. I definitely recommend making her your agent, even if you already have State Farm.

Ive had insurance with this people on my home and vehicles for over 16 years.Had to move and got a trailer. transferred property insurance and generator Got on fire and burn. Right off the bat that they made their mind up some girl had turn it on fire turn out to be a treasure that was burnt few weeks before.. my truck was stole.at first they told me after 14 days it was considered a total loss if not found they never did that they reopened investigation after vestigation ended up being like six months which they were charging me for the insurance but never said nothing about paying for the truck at the end they found it in El Paso without telling me the truth they wanted me to go pick it up. came to find out Nissan wanted the whole truck being paid off and the insurance did not pay absolutely nothing.. come up so much excuses. havent not help me at all on.. now I have been homeless living in my truck for the past 3 months. They never had a problem receiving payment.. they never did try nor had the attention to help me out at all...

Actually writing the review while I am still here. Timothy Hadley is who helped me and my husband and it wasn’t easy. On the phone, off the phone, on the phone until I just finally came in to get everything started. His patience was fantastic and he redid our quote several times until everything was to our liking with zero problems. We aren’t disappointed at all with our choice of switching over and with Tim’s help, it made it a lot easier.
