Highly unprofessional in handling a basic concern. These guys dont wont to acknowledge you unless you are there client. I gave them my policy number, name, and address and they said they couldnt find me in the Allstate system. Give me a break. This office wont help you or unable to connect with company system to tell you who your agent is or the phone number of your agent. Stay away.

Well I thought I was in good hands as the slogan states but I guess I was wrong. Just hope and pray that no one has a leak under their house that requires the foundation to be ripped up because they will not pay a dime. I understand not paying for the sewer line but the foundation I would think would be covered. Pretty sad. I have had Allstate for years. I guess it is time to shop around. Very disappointed.

The owner and staff are very attentive to my needs. They always notify me about issues that I need to be aware of.

Unfortunately the only time you want to comment is after I have canceled two homes and two automobiles with you. Lisa, you personally are not a person of your word. Multiple transactions with you and no follow up.Your staff is a direct reflection of your attitude. I left due to poor customer service as well as finding more coverage on homes and autos for less money. You claiming under age drivers is more evidence you know nothing about us as a customer. I have also never seen an agent who has gate keepers that will not let you speak to him.

All is good until you try and make a claim.

I came to get a quote from our auto and home. The representative for this agent was great she was very helpful and tried to find the best for our family even though our current insurance was still at a lower cost per value of insurance she was so kind and if we ever look into getting another quote or switch we will be going to see if she is still there just for her customer service. The agents name was Tasha.

I am giving this agency a poor review for a few different reasons. the first year we were with this agency we were paying insurance for a vehicle that was listed as a 2012 on the paperwork when the rep who set us up knew the vehicle was a 2006, the paperwork was never changed to reflect that. Lisa Wallace, I believe she was the office manager at the time, was rude on a few occasions and in my opinion unprofessional. I was harassed through text messaging from the rep who set us up with this agency. we were told nothing could be done about our rate that we were paying monthly until we gave notice we were cancelling our policy at that time they were willing to work with us... it shouldnt take customers leaving for you to be willing to work with them. an amount was owed by us to allstate upon our departure from this agency we did not get one phone call, email, or invoice via mail letting us know what was owed, mind you they had our account info since our fees were drafted out monthly, instead they turned us over to collections. this agency is by far the worst agency I have ever dealt with. we definitely made the right choice to no longer give our money to this agency. my only hope is no one else receives the kind of treatment and service we got.
