Booked 2 run and drive vehicles out of here to haul. 1 was a dodge ram 3500 4 door flatbed that just needed boosted off. My jump box was not strong enough, they refused to jump it although they listed it as run and drive. Then their loader was strong enough to lift it onto my trailer. As Im pulling it onto my trailer with another pickup the manager informed me that I was never allowed to do that again. I went to remove brush guard so it would fit on trailer and was told Im not allowed to work on vehicles. Mind you, all other locations of IAA would have been much more helpful of the scenario. Buyers beware. They will sell you a vehicle under certain premises, then make it impossible to haul costing you more storage. As I have dealt with my customer directly for many years, im going to advise him against buying from this particular IAA in the future.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY IN THAT AUCTION. We bought many cars in IAAI, and precisely in this place (allowed basin) 15 days ago we bought a car that said RUN AND DRIVE, but the engine was totally destroyed, it was impossible that it would have started because the cranks were bent and the pistons stuck by Oxide of the cylinders for a long time, they put new oil and a discharged battery to make the deception more credible. If I could put 0 stars that would be the best rating !!!

This is the best iaa I have ever seen. All the employees where polite and helpful and treated me with respect unlike all of the other locations! The office and the yard where clean and organized. Fast service. They all deserve a raise!!

Went to pick up my belongings from my vehicle. Noticed there was about $700 missing items called them some lady picked up but was no help at all. Not even a “let me ask around here”. Had to get call the police for assistance. I work two jobs, I walk or ride my bike at both of them because my vehicle is wrecked yet someone still stole from my wrecked vehicle on this property. No one wants to lift a finger and help solve who bagged my items and possibly took them.

Asked em not to fork lift the truck and they did it anyway.

Not enough workers in the front office.. I drove 9 hours to pick up a car and the only person in the building that handled loading was at lunch so I had to wait an hour

Big fraud!! They selling car run and drive but car not running and driving! when they wright run and drive on car, they selling these cars expensive than others. I agree with other reviewers The manager is so rude person.

IAA same time you buy good Cars if u take your time very slowly not Rashid u when buy any nice looking car stay out from it.

Very bad service. The car was ready to go condition before we buy it, when we go to pick up the car it didn’t start. We tried jumping cable but didn’t work. They said it was working on Thursday it is not on our responsibility. Especially The MANAGER is really really disrespectful.
