We looked at a house today at 1:30 pm and the realtor texted our realtor and wanted a full offer by 6:00pm on a Sunday. We got done looking at the house about 2:30pm and talked about it untill about 4pm The house had only been on the market for 12 hours or less for a house we could afford and the banks arent open tomorrow due to a holiday for anything. The realtor kept texting our realtor wondering what was the hold up and she had to present the offers by 6 pm. Very unprofessional!!!
