Our grass has looked terrible each of the last two years with Vital and Green treating it.During this years draught, while the rest of our neighbors grass simply turned brown but revived with each rain, our lawn featured large dead spots that continued to grow. I called Vital and Green in June and the receptionist stated someone would stop out to verify if we had grub/lawn fungus/etc. No one stopped out.My wife stopped them from treating our torched lawn a few weeks ago and told them to stop service, stating she would consult with me whether or not to continue with their services (as weve had massive 30 sq ft dead patches and so many weeds weve had to pull them by hand all year). Today, some guy shows up to treat even though we asked them to stop. My wife tells him to stop, restating that she told him the last time that we were done with their services. He looked her square in the eyes and told her our lawn looks great, hardly has any weeds, that the massive dead spots were an insect wed need to treat next spring and that he was almost done anyways. He stated that his company left me a VM and if I didnt respond its their job to treat our lawn. Sorry bud, if my wife says dont treat our grass, that doesnt mean come back in two weeks and treat our grass.What were we paying for this spring/this entire time? Our lawn looks significantly worse than our neighbors who dont professionally treat their grass. Why were no recommendations for improvement ever made?The outcome of their work has been extremely poor and considering how rude they were to my wife, we will never use them again. Better off doing it myself.

I called customer service about the service I recieved today, to tell them I wasnt happy with the quality, Ive had this service for 5 years. The female that I talked to said that she wasnt going to apologize, and asked me if I wanted to cancel, so I did. Very poor customer service. They sent out 2 young men, who knew nothing about my lawn and didnt know what I needed to do. They left me no information about all the problems my lawn was having, or what treatment I needed . I have mole and grub damage and they didnt address any of this. For an almost $90 treatment, 5 times a year, I could do it better myself.

We have used Vital and Green as our lawn care service for years. We recently moved and carried their services with us to our new home. We could not be happier. Each time our lawn is serviced, Glenn takes the time to talk through what he is doing and educate us on how we can maintain and improve the look of our lawn and quality of the soil. When we call the office with questions or for additional services, Doris has been very responsive. I have left a vm a few times and my calls have been returned promptly and without issue. I highly recommend Vital and Green for all your lawn care needs.

Website states they service dodge county. Recieved a rude or maybe snippy reply to a my inquiry online that they dont come to my town which is in dodge county. They may be good but have no customer service skills.

Tried to get a quote to have my landscaping done and was blown off. Didnt even try to earn my business.

Vital and Green treated our Oconomowoc lawn for years and we also used their aeration and mulching services at times. Now we moved and are using them for our Hartland lawn treatments. They have reasonably priced services and the guys are professional, courteous and do great work! They really have the best lawn care services in SE Wisconsin. My friends and mom use them too.

We have been using Vital and Greens excellent service for 14 years and couldnt be happier not only with the quality and care they give to our lawn and shrubs, but the quality of service you receive directly from them. I have always found them to be exceptionally honest when it comes to the best treatment for my lawn. In 14 years I have only had to have 1 treatment resprayed, which tells me they have done a great job the 1st time around!
