When my old Milwaukee PC was nine years old and in need of an upgrade I went to Ben for my new one. He made a clone of the drive, moved my SSD to the new computer to use for backup files, and I was able to plug everything in and start it up with no problems, great work at a reasonable price!Later on, when I had a printer connection issue, Bens first suggestion of what to try did the trick.Ben is personable, patient and easy to work with. Great place to go!

Hard drive was going bad. Replaced the hard drive, reinstalled my files and all but a few programs that I needed to download. Excellent job.

During the 4th of July holiday week, my husbands laptop had a fatal error of the hard drive. I called, and the shop was open the day after the 4th when most businesses took a long weekend off. Ben was very friendly, and reassured me it would be looked at and diagnosed that day. We got the call Monday that is was fixed with a new solid state hatd drive. Joy and happiness filled the world! I just wanted to come on here and say that the customer service i have gotten from Ryan has been amazing. Not only did he go through the store and help me pick the components for the pc that he assembled for me. He answered all of my noob questions to help me learn what each part did. And fallow up when Ive had to call to ask a question he has been amazing as well. I have never felt belittled because i dont know something that may be simple. I have gotten that feeling form other places sometimes but never here.

The computer in our accounting department crashed and damaged the hard drive. We were in a panic because we couldnt take credit cards or invoice customers. We went on-line to Dell, Best Buy, Newegg, etc. and the computer we needed with larger memory and Ram would take a week or longer.We called Milwaukee PC in Oconomowoc and spoke with Ryan explaining our problem. He said we would be able to pick up our new computer in 1 day and we were grateful. Imagine our surprise when we got a call a few hours later from Ryan informing us that the computer was done!!
