Gene Rossey, of Rossey Construction Inc., entered into a mold remediation contract with my husband and myself. We can not THANK HIM enough for his THOROUGH and OUTSTANDING, Professional completion of this contract. All Phases of this job were done on time and either at estimated cost or below. His years of Construction Expeirence, was an added benefit for us. He was able to identify reasons for the mold remediation portion of this contract and made Himself Available, Above and Beyond our contract, to meet with our Roofer, who we needed to hire separately. Let me say, Our Basement Work was EXTENSIVE, and required a 30 foot dumpster to clear all contaminated materials. Gene, removed every piece of contaminated material, including 40 plus years of personal belongings that were in the basement. After removal, Gene Pressure Washed all of the walls and floor. Then Dryed and Treated all Affected Areas. If it had not been for his knowledge of matters outside the contract, and His Willingness to Help, we would surely have been setting ourselves up to be in the same position again. Because of his Proffessional Manner, we entered into a Second Contract with him to complete work on our Kitchen and upstairs Bathroom. Again, Both Areas Required EXTENSIVE Work, to bring the rooms and Our Whole House back from an unhealthy air quality, to one we can BREATH IN AGAIN. We would Recommend Gene Rossey. He is the ONLY Person We will call.
