I recently hired Cream City for carpet cleaning at two properties. Jason did a great job both times, was friendly and quick. One of the properties was a second and third story home (without air conditioning in August!), which was not easy to do with the equipment and heat, but he made it work. The carpet looks great. I would hire Jason again!

Jason and Danny did a fantastic job on my house. I had all the air vents plus dryer vents cleaned and they were very efficient in doing the whole house in under 2 hours. Jason was great in explaining everything, providing advice on how to get more out of the system, and my dog also loved him. Love supporting local businesses- would highly recommend.

These guys did a great job. Both of them were friendly, easy to work with and both took a couple extra minutes to say hi to our dog when they got here and before they left (which made her experience better too). They took a walk around the house to find all the vents and explained how everything would be done. Very few vent covers had to be removed and most all of the work was done in the basement. They replaced our furnace filter when they were done with a new one we had ready to go in after they after they left without us even asking them to do it. The difference in how fast the house cooled off was immediate. Definitely worth the money to hire these guys.

Moved into a late 70s home in October. Was having trouble with my eyes. Couldn’t even wear my contact lenses. Figured I’d try having the ducts cleaned and not even a day later my eyes were back to normal and I felt great wearing contact lenses again. Amazing the difference it makes! Extremely professional. We are a carpet cleaning returning customer. We are having the ducts cleaned as well as our carpets. What a difference!!! The before and after pictures of our vents say it all. A lot cleaner air now coming from the heater and air conditioning vents. They did an outstanding job. Courteous and professional. They were also very respectful of our home. Shoes off, doors closed (cold outside) and very gentle to not bump walls or corners with their equipment. Cream City did an amazing job cleaning ALL of our ducts, installing a UV Light, and cleaning our dryer hose. The duct work in our home has never been cleaned and needed a lot of TLC. Jason came out and cleaned our air ducts and carpet in two rooms. The ducts had never been done and were absolutely filthy. By the time he was done they were spotless. The before/after photos from inside the ducts were very dramatic. The carpets have also seen a lot of wear in the last 3 years with dogs and kids. After he was done I couldnt spot a single stain and they felt brand new when walking on them. Would definitely hire again.

Exceptional service! We had a decaying mouse in our dryer vent that was discovered over the weekend. So many businesses were closed. Cream City Carpet Cleaning came on a Sunday to remove it, clean and sanitize the dryer vent. Very responsive, nice guys. Will be using them for additional services.

Jason came to the house on a Sunday in the rain. He does excellent work. I cant believe how nasty our duct work really was. Also how much lint was in our dryer vent. Jason (owner) came to our home to clean and sanitize our vents. He also installed a UV system in our furnace to prevent further mold/mildew growth. He was able to fit us in within 1 business day (I called on a Friday afternoon and he came on a Monday afternoon) and on the day of he communicated with us about what time he would be at our home to come do the work. I loved that he explained everything very thoroughly to me that he was doing and brought all the parts with him that he needed .
