Brought my vehicle in just for an engine detailing and am pleased with the results. A dealership forgot to put my oil cap back on which resulted in oil everywhere—they “cleaned” it, but there was still a good amount of residue left. Took it in to Waters and it didn’t take more than 30 minutes. I was worried my engine bay wouldn’t look the same again after the incident and it looks a million times better than it did when I brought it in. Should I need my vehicle fully detailed, I will definitely bring it here to get it done.

I have my vehicles detailed after every winter and have used many different companies. Jake did the best job, by far. He pays very close attention to the details. Will go back in the future!

I have a new car with black interior and have been transporting a white Burmese Mountain Dog mix for two years. Upholstery, dashboard, etc. full of hair, drool, secretions.....came back cleaner than new!! Jake is a professional and great communicator.

Awesome to work with! Flexible scheduling and was able to fit me in on short notice to Ozone treat a vehicle with heavy tobacco smoke. Smell is completely gone and they were super easy to work with!

Wonderful job making the exterior of my 8yr old BMW X3 look like new. Rubbed out scuffs and removed road grime and grit from outside and door jams, tires look new! The shine is back! Highly recommend.
