As a buyer, I am thoroughly unimpressed with this auction service. Both times I waited on my items while the closing clock went down. At 30 seconds, BOOM, deadline extended to 1:30 minutes. With time delays, I lose my bids. This time, I have to drive 2 hours each way to pick up one box for $13. Not to mention, on the outset they say you have to pick up one of three days. Then, when the auction is over, you find out the only day I can go is for LARGE items only. This is my last try with Baileys.Note: I received a call regarding this review and was told my issue was the way online bidding works...I will assume they are correct and regret I wasnt better informed at the outset. They feel no other buyer has an issue with this and feel I am unique in my concern. They did allow me to cancel my order and save the trip.

After our Dad passed away we didn’t know how to proceed with selling the personal property and real estate. We thought having an auction was a good idea, but had no firsthand experience.
