Best Service out there. We have been using Pete Aasen since 1988 on our first house. Since then we have had Aasen design and install a complete system in an unheated 100 year old 6,000+ square foot house (long story) and extend a system into an addition on our latest. We also just bought a new Goodman to replace a wonky furnace in our latest house. I call Pete, he gives me a price, I say great - lets get it done. And it is. When you call Aasen for emergencies you get Pete. Aasen heating is the kind of service and business all of us old people refer to when we talk about the kind of service we used to get in the good-old-days.

Aasen came to the house to fix our furnace during this brutal cold spell. Service was prompt, pricing was more than fair. Service tech was very knowledgeable and honest for what was needed. Fixed furnace and I will be buying a new furnace when that time comes!

I had fixed my furnace personally over the years and it had its final days of course on my birthday! Not a great way to start your morning with no heat. Called Aasen heating at 8:30am and explained what I have done so far and what it is doing and Pete explained what the problem was clearly and based on the age he suggested it be replaced. I had a busy day and could not be there but had a neighbor meet them which was within 30-40 minutes and by the time I got home at 1:30 I had a new furnace installed! Highly reccomend Aasen heating in Oconomowoc. Perfect communication from start to finish. Put up on face book and many commented on the quality of furnace they installed.Thank you Aasen heating!!

Sat afternoon our furnace went out. while it was snowing and cold out.. we had a question and we called Aasen heating and the gentleman went above and beyond to help us solve the problem over the phone without having to have an emergency service call after hours. we recommend them to others for a lot of places wouldnt help without scheduling a service call.. was very refreshing to have a company go above and beyond. Pete and his crew are very knowledgeable and very friendly. He doesnt try and sell you anything you dont need and has logical solutions for your HVAC needs at very reasonable prices. I will definitely use him again and wouldnt hesitate to recommend him.
