I have known Mike Erickson of Eagle Nest Realty & Mortgage for more than 17 years; first professionally and now as a great friend. The later of which is quite a bonus. I have a financial advisory practice and was originally introduced to Mike by my clients. My appreciation for his skill, business sense, and integrity has continued to grow through the years. Not only have I closely observed many of his successful efforts in the sale, purchase, finance, and refinance of residential properties and seen the real and permanent good he has achieved on behalf of my clients, I have many times watched him exercise integrity in the moment of choice and push business away when it was not in the clients best interest. I have seen him recommend that a client use another loan product than his own when it was a better deal for the client and the client was ready to do business with him.
