I had an appointment with 1800gotjunk and they didn’t show, nor was I able to get ahold of them. It was my last day to get my old couch and other junk out of my the apartment I was moving out of so I was very worried. However I found the contact info for junk valet and left a message and someone texted me immediately. I told them my situation and they offered to come in a few hours despite them being closed on Sunday!! This was a huge help to me. They matched the quote gotjunk gave me and they were kind and quick.
