Beautiful rooftop and ocean views! Only 4 blocks to the beach. Walking distance to so many restaurants and shops. These lofts are so unique and full of character - I definitely recommend checking this place out!

Management is very friendly and responds to concerns in a timely manner. The front desk girl is very charming and sweet!

One of the coolest places Ive ever had an office. My clients loved it we loved it, you can Live work and play bass location Ive seen out of dozens of ocean citys. The city is hopping in has been redeveloping for the last decade in its exploding right now. Going to be opening up another location thats 10X in every way just a block up the road on the Hill. I highly recommend you can work out of it virtually, shared space and hit the hot tubs on the full roof deck with 360 views of oceanside and the beach!

The worst management, Never NEVER rent at this place. Its run by 2 management person, 1 is 20 years old, other 50. The things never get done at ALL. If you ask them to assist you with something it will take like a month for them to start doing something, and on the top of that they will put attitude.
