Allstate handled our pack out and cross country move. We were very pleased with the overall experience. A couple hiccups with the packing however our customer service rep was extremely attentive and concerned with our feedback and rectifying any issues. The crew on site for the loading and unloading were polite, efficient and respectful of our property. The driver delivered even earlier than we had anticipated!! The unload was quick and the crew was helpful with placing everything right where we needed it in the new home.

Very unprofessional from the front office. Both the operations manager and the move coordinator were both extremely rude and disrespectful. We were given five separate calls with five separate instructions on when our loads would be packed and picked up creating an insane amount of confusion from both their packers and us as customers. We will never be using this company again. Im currently in the military and I will make sure this company gets blacklisted so no military personnel has to go through this nonsense. If I could give them zero Stars thats what they would receive stay clear of this company they are trash.

Allstate was recommended to me by a friend and I could not have been more pleased. Not only were they professional, fast and efficient, they are also incredibly affordable. Will definitely be using them again!

The movers were great but I had some damage to my back door and a few furniture items damaged.
