WILL NOT EVER RETURN HERE, I have been twice now and ZERO help from the WITCH in the front lobby. Total attitude problems! If you are that miserable working a desk job, do the world a favor and stay at home and collect unemployment :). You are literally asked to take peoples fingerprints and you ACT like you are doing some type of HARD labor. I went in at 4:35 PM to get a livescan fingerprint check, and the lady up front tells me withca RUDE tone we close st 4:45 PM, to which I reply it says you close at 5:00 PM and she responded with a very rude tone well we are closing at 4:45 PM. she had the same attitude yesterday when I went in to try and get it done... this place is worthless with horrid customer service skills.

We had a great experience with their live scan fingerprinting and notary services. I called ahead to see it if would be okay for us to come in around 5:45, as they close at 6, and Jessica kindly said that she would wait for us and took my name. When we arrived, she was efficient but very careful to make sure our fingerprints were done correctly, even offering us lotion and redoing scans that were less than perfect. She notarized our forms after, as fingerprints must be submitted by 6. Jessica was conscientious and kind, even offering us coloring pages and cars to distract our toddler. The best part is- our fingerprint results were received the next morning! I would highly recommend this place if you want your fingerprints done quickly and correctly.

Highly recommend! Had no problems what so ever! These people with terrible reviews didnt give them a chance. The gal that helped me last Monday was great! Personable, friendly and yeah they have lotion because if your fingers are too dry, the scanner doesnt work. XD Will go back if I ever need to again. And def recommend it!

This place must have changed management since these reviews. My family went there yesterday and they were great! Very professional, very helpful and informative. Very fast, great service!

I have visited here to have some paperwork notarized a few times and returned to have live scans done for my new hires. Yes the office is small, but there are some places to sit and you only have to be there for five or ten minutes because Jessica is lightning fast (pretty cute too). They take much longer at other locations. She will get you in and out quickly but manages to still be very sweet in the process. She is very helpful and goes above and beyond for customers whether you call or come in and will patiently explain and answer questions about pretty much anything. Been coming since right before last girl left and current one started and tbh, the last girl was no good. Give them a shot.

I was pleased, very helpful. I appreciated that she had a steadfast determination to detail. Making sure my service was perfect the first time. I would go back again.

I had to return to this location because my prints were not submitted the first time. When I got there at 12:15 they were closed even though there was nothing stating that they would be closed at lunch. Isnt that when most people need to do this sort of thing? There are 3 certificates of licensed people there, you would think that one of them could cover lunch. So after I returned at 1:05 and waited 15 minutes in line (outside, because it is so small there is no room inside) she was unable to print my papers out because she was out of printer paper. This is the least professional business that I have ever encountered and will definitely not be returning.

This guy running this place is an absolute RACIST, Bigot and troll!!! Worse customer service EVER!!!Had to go back 4 times because of his lack of complete information!! Treated us like we were crap!! Even asked if we had social security numbers !!!Total dirt bag!!!
