I took my shredding there. Every easy and quite reasonable. Their shredding is secure and the lady that helped me was attentive and knowledgeable. I will be going back.

I have severe anxiety and even small interactions makes me feel uneasy. I had a UPS and a FedEx drop off today and I had a wonderful experience. The person who was helping me, Cassandra, was kind and very good at her job. Thank you so much!!!

This is my local stop almost bi-weekly. The staff are great, bless their hearts during this Covid Pandemic. I am sure they are brunt out wearing masks all day. I just want to say that I appreciate all of their hard work. They are always fast, efficient and friendly. There is rarely a line and whenever there is, I don’t wait more than a couple minutes to be helped.

I never had any problem with them until today. It is suppose to close at 3pm today due to it being labor day. I came at 2pm and it was closed all employees are in the shop and they laughed instead of opening the door to assist me. Its an hour before closing yet they are closed. I will no longer use this place awful

I had a terrific experience at the U Post this week. I went in kinda ignorant but the girl working (I believe her name was Cassandra) was super helpful and friendly. I was unaware of the many services they provide so it was an eye-opening experience. I look forward to doing business with them again.

This business illegally charges a convenience fee for use of credit cards. This is in violation of California law. They are taking advantage of a court ruling about enforceability. Make no mistake; everyone should point out this fact, and take your business elsewhere. I try to support small businesses. To justify this, they should provide a higher level of service and a better value than bigger competitors. This business does not. Counter person was slow and then rude when I asked why they charge the fee. Other negative reviews do not surpise me!

I have been doing business at U-Post in Oceanside for a few years. Great service, and Cassandra is a sweetheart. They mainly focus on shipping, faxing, and copies. If you have to copy a book, or any type of papers that are bound together, I would suggest going to a regular copy store like Kinkos. Its not fair to do what Kane did at this store, and then write a negative post about how they do business Kane! Yes, Im talking to you! I heard about your incident at the store, and I have been in the store when Cassandra has people backing up out the door. She has always been polite and courteous. For you to write a negative review on the store and Cassandra is inappropriate Kane. The policy at this store is, if you have a large copy project, JUST LIKE ANY OTHER STORE, they ask you to leave it until they can get it done. Its not fair to other customers that you JAM UP their service. Very rude post Kane, and I would ask any person reading your post to disregard your remarks. This problem was YOU! Next time take your documents to a Printing Store like Kinkos, not a shipping store like U-Post.

Ive been a regular here for a couple of years. Never had issues with any services provided and the staff are courteous. Most of the staff even remember my box number before I can even ask for packages I received. Definitely doesnt deserve some of these 1 star reviews it has, thats for sure.

I use this facility to ship items all the time. I had a prelabeled package that I dropped off at their facility for Fed ex pickup, go missing on the Fed Ex website, no fault of Upost. The employees helped me to track it down, making 3 phone calls to me over 2 days to help me find it, which I did. Super helpful and appreciated.

I was in there today to print and ship some things. Sunny was very helpful and offered ways to save me money. I highly recommend I will be using them for all of my shipping needs in the future.

THE NEW OWNER IS AMAZING. I BELIEVE HE TOOK OVER SINCE AUGUST 2016. HIS FOCUS IS ON EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WENT TO SHIP A PACKAGE AND ALREADY NOTICE A POSITIVE VIBE IN ALL THE CUSTOMERS WAITING IN LINE. THEY SEEMED VERY HAPPY. HE TOOK CARE OF ME VERY PROMPTLY WITH A SMILE AND NICE GREETING. I HAD PACKED ON MY OWNED DUE TO WHICH MY SHIPPING COST WAS OVER $ 150. HE SUGGESTTED TO REPACK AND HELPED ME PACK IN A SMALLER BOX.I SAVED $52. HE IS HONEST AND SINCERE. HE HAS MY BUSINESS FROM NOW ON.

Very customer focused, they have more to offer for shipping than the USPS and plus the wait is shorter too. They also have different shipping options with different carriers of the mail like UPS, FedEx, and USPS that they can go over with you as you make a selection. You can compare the different options and figure out which one is best for you.I definitely recommend this place.

U Post Packing and Shipping Center has the best service of any place like it in my opinion after 6 years of having a mail box there.During those 6 years I used their complete service of mail, package processing, delivery, notary, printing, faxing, promotion, banners, etc.Of particularly note is the superior service of their employees. One employee deserves special recognition. That employee is Casandra. She is extremely friendly and professional even during busy and stressful times of day and seasons. She goes the extra mile in customer service always addressing me as Mr. Lucido, and making a special effort to get my mail and packages. She even calls me by phone to advise me of special deliveries. I showed my appreciation last Christmas by giving the entire crew boxes of chocolates and personally commending them to their boss.Definitely a 5 star rating. Needed a document notarized but the person that handles that wasnt in until later that day but they offered a discount if I could come back later which I did. Service was great and the everyone that I dealt with was professional and courteous. Ill be back. Oh yeah, really good ice cream next door too which is a nice bonus.

Very slow service and very crowded

Cassandra was so helpful, friendly, courteous and professional when I needed to overnight an item. She presented all the options available and guided me with the choices that would accomodate my needs the best. It is obvious that Cassandra enjoys her job and shares her knowledge with all that may need her assistance. This particular Upost on Mission Ave. in the Del RioMarketplace (under fairly new ownwership/management) has the best customer service and will continue to exceed many of the past and new clients expectatons without a doubt. The store was closed when I arrived with three very large packages. They opened the doors and took my packages for shipping anyway. They were incredibly considerate and friendly. I’ll be using them for all of my shipping needs. Great store!!!

Never have I been so insulted. I have a bad back, standing with out leaning is painful. I was leaning on the counter while the miserable rude lady worked on my documents. The place started to get busier. The troll of a lady, rudely then told me, I am going to have to charge you labor to do this. I said cool, thats fine she continued to work on my documents. Then she got flustered and told me she couldnt work on mine anymore and wanted to help others. I asked her to please finish my job as I had to leave to LA. This is where she started real dramaShe stated something like... well I have issues with you anyway... I was shocked..as I am loved everywhere I go, and the owner of this place even tried to befriend me. I asked her What do you mean??? She said she thinks I was trying to look at her, and was getting a better angle by leaning over the counter. Soo apparently this lady thinks shes cute, (she is a troll TBH), and because when I come in I lean on the counter, she imagines I am trying to get a better angle to look at her... ew gross .I was a regular at this place... its a shame some people live in an imaginary world... The owner never tried to resolve this.....

Shipper does not advise clients that there are fees assessed by UPS or other carriers. Ended up with surprise fees on the other end when sending internationally. UPS stated that this is the responsibility of the shipper and that they would be responsible. Owner of the store would not take responsibility even though UPS made it clear they were at fault.

The employee is nice, theyre a bit expensive for shipping and you tend to wait in line for a while since theres generally only one person working.

Advertised clearly on the website that they had 24 hour pick up available, and also had advertising in store promoting this. When I politely asked an employee about it, they were quite abrasive and told me I had to be mistaken.

Absolutely the rudest man Ive dealt with all year.day before christas eve and he would not fix his mistake for fingerprints which I had waited for my job for 3 months.now Im still jobless due to his paperwork error and have to start the 90 day process again from the start because he doesnt have enough time tonight or tomorrow... DO NOT DO ANY TYPE OF TRANSACTION HERE. DISASTROUS AND PAINFUL HOW BAD HE TREATS YOU. NOT ONE RESPECTFUL BONE IN HIS BODY.PATHETIC

Slow service, astronomical prices and manager (owner?) needs to learn how to talk to customers. Go elsewhere.
