Wonderful company to work with and rent from. They were always extremely easy to get ahold of, prompt and straightforward. The common spaces were always well maintained and the neighbors are very kind and courteous.

100% worth the expense. I love being downtown, Its great to get out of the house to do office work, Brent and Andrew do a great job running their business, Its a fair price, generally clean. My office came pre-furnished with a desk chair and floor mat. If you have any special requests, Andrew and Brent are very accommodating. Id hate to give up this spot. When my friend moves to SD county were going to try and snag a two room office.
